So... I turned to this service for the simplest procedure, namely to clean the laptop from dust and replace the thermal paste. It is worth clarifying that at the time of the request, the laptop is a little more than a year old (important). ASUS UX310 laptop. At the time of cleaning, everything was fine, cleaned quickly, assembled and I left joyfully. Taking the laptop in hand the next day, I noticed that the bolts on the back cover are different (4 out of 10 are not original), and everything would be fine, but the bolt cap is much larger than the original and the bolts are used, I left a puff on my pants (actually I noticed the non-native bolts). But this is the least of the evils... Turning on the laptop, windows made an unusual sound (quiet and wheezy), turning on the music, it became clear that there were some problems with the speakers. The speakers were wheezing, and playing at about 5% of their power. I thought, well, maybe they connected incorrectly. I took them to the service, they agreed that something was wrong, and immediately began to turn the arrows to the client "we only cleaned, the speakers were not touched", "maybe you filled them with water" (P.S. in my opinion, the master can detect traces of flooding, and declare it, providing evidence, which was not!). I left the laptop for diagnosis, while politely asking several races not to repair or perform any actions without knowledge, except for diagnostics. A couple of days later, a call about readiness. The result of the week's work: miraculously, native bolts were found (or twisted from another client's laptop), looking ahead, threads were licked off due to non-native bolts. But the intrigue is in the speakers, they turned on, the sound is terrible, I can't describe how much, quiet wheezing, sharp. This is how I describe the operation of the speakers, since they are from HARMAN / KARDON and before their "cleaning" the sound was the purest and loudest. When asked what they were doing, it turned out that the speakers went to another service, and were powered by a lab technician (maybe I'm wrong, but I think this should be coordinated with the client). When asked how to solve the problem, since the result of their "work" is not acceptable and does not suit, they offered to put not the original for my money, with a slightly larger size, but they will fit. What I did not agree to, I took it away and began to look for solutions. I went around a cloud of offices, and not one could carry out an inspection and issue conclusions about the fault of the user or the master. I contacted the representative office in Russia, as there is no such thing in our wonderful country. They offered to send it to Moscow, but no guarantees, by regular mail or in person. The option is interesting, but expensive. It remains only to contact the "official services" of ASUS in Minsk. The laptop was under warranty, and ASUS does not allow cleaning from officers. BUT after the diagnosis in Minsk, they concluded that the thread for fixing the lid is damaged (but it does not affect anything), and everything is bad with the speakers, they called the price tag at $ 400, since the speakers are not removable, order the top cover (assembled with a keyboard and touchpad and speakers). After such a cost, I would be shocked (it's better to express it in obscenities). But in total it worked out, well, it almost did. We found original speakers from ASUS with delivery via Moscow from China. The warranty was refused because they thought of gluing the speakers on double-sided CONSTRUCTION tape in a WONDERFUL service. As a result, the speakers have been waiting for more than 6 months, repairs in 10 minutes, 3 trips to Minsk for this and the cost of repair with the cost of spare parts is $ 120 (cleaning cost 15 rubles.). I highly recommend the master. P.S. This whole comedy was in May 2019. I decided now to write a review, as I had problems with another laptop and chose the service, and was very surprised by the rating of THIS service. CONCLUSION: the "iron solution" is to get yourself into trouble and get on your nerves.
