Everything was fine except for the employee who works in the morning. She was not cooperative and did not talk to the customer. She completed the exit procedures and did not inform me, which delayed me.

Классная небольшая гостиница в центре Москвы! Недалеко от метро "Чистые пруды". Рядом много мест для завтраков/ужинов. Лобби выглядит приятно - играет ненавязчивая музыка, аккуратный интерьер, везде чисто. Я приехала чуть раньше, мне пошли на встречу и заселили до 14:00 без доп платы, за это отдельная благодарность :) Проживала в номере 409 - очень чистый, светлый и просторный номер на одного. В номере есть телевизор, фен, станция с Алисой, мини-бар, принадлежности для душа, бутылочка воды. На первом этаже есть зона для питания - там можно приобрести еду и напитки на станции самообслуживания, разогреть еду и налить горячей воды. Очень удобно! Остались самые приятные впечатления, обязательно вернусь :)
