The dream furniture turned into a nightmare in 8 months. Be careful! I want to share my terrible experience of ordering a sofa in this office (CHUP Irtaka )This was our first experience making custom furniture, and unfortunately it turned out to be extremely negative. How we were "bought" Everything started very beautifully. A measurer arrived and spent an hour describing how well they did, what high-quality fabric they had, and what wonderful sofas they made. We saw a sample of the fabric — exactly what we dreamed of! Our eyes were burning, we made an advance payment and waited impatiently. The sofa was made on time, delivered, we paid the rest and were over the moon with happiness. We thought: "The more expensive, the better, we didn't lose." Disappointment But the joy didn't last long. After 8 months of operation, a horror happened: the fabric on the sofa stretched and went into terrible folds. The new sofa looked like Grandma's old leather, full of bags and wrinkles. After an endless round of "warranty repairs," I called the company. They promised to send me specialists. The craftsmen arrived, looked at it and... tried to get off with "little blood" — they just wanted to tighten and stitch the fabric on the spot with a stapler. It looked like a shameful hack! I insisted that they take the sofa to the workshop. A week later, the sofa was returned. I lightly press my hand on the fabric — the folds appear again! Yes, a little less, but the problem has not been solved. My answer is, "I'm not satisfied with this kind of work." I was advised to call the office. The second episode began. Other people came, looked, said: "Yes, everything is fine," although the folds on the second half of the sofa have already become huge. They called the management, who gave the command: "Do not pick up!". I call the office again, they promise me that the management will contact me. Silence on the air I'm waiting a day, two, ten... Silence. I'm calling myself. They tell me, "Send the photo, we'll mark it again." I called every week — just replies. The last time they said, "We'll send people to watch." Another week has passed since that moment, and silence again, like in a tank. Result I still have a guarantee, but it's about to end. And I have a strong feeling that we are just being fooled. They are deliberately stalling for time, feeding them breakfast so that the warranty expires. Although they said it themselves: "Even if the warranty runs out, management is always accommodating." As if not so! They didn't even lift a finger with a valid warranty to really fix the marriage. Their excuse is, "The fabric should stretch." Yes, the fabric should stretch on the furniture, but it should not stretch irrevocably and sag like a rag after six months! I would never advise anyone to contact this organization. Waste your nerves and money and you will be left with damaged furniture.

We took it in installments a year ago, throughout the year, we have not seen any complaints about the use, it is generally cleaned perfectly, good quality, well done, thank you very much for your help in choosing the fabric, I am satisfied with everything, it is well done, I recommend it to everyone, thank you for your work and quality, I really liked everything, Many thanks to Sergey for the pillows, which I have a weakness for. The pillows were a gift, both in the first and in the second order.

I do not recommend this office from the word at all. The price is very high, while neglecting their duties. The sofa was brought, but the mattress was not reinterpreted. Although this point was initially agreed upon when placing the order. They took the mattress and disappeared. There's only meaningless mumbling on the phone. They promised to call back and silence again. It's better not to get involved.
