A great hotel, I was surprised by such service. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, disposable shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste. The rooms have a soft and clean carpet, heated floors in the bathroom, very spacious bathrooms! Also, do not forget about tea and water for each guest. The mattresses are comfortable! We rented 3 rooms because we had a big family vacation and everyone was delighted! Thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel impressed me. It's just a great option for such a small town. The rooms are equipped taking into account all needs, it is clear that the preparation of rooms is carried out by a person who knows his business. Accommodation in a single room 3500 days, breakfast included. The buffet is quite rich. You can park your car right under the windows. There is a good restaurant nearby, you can eat at quite reasonable prices. I recommend the hotel, this is probably the best place in Tskhinvali.

Perhaps one of the best hotels of all that I have seen in the CIS: the renovation of the rooms is done so neatly and so carefully, as for myself. There is even a backlight in the closet. It's obviously not the most important thing, but the attention to detail itself is pleasing. It's cool that there is such a cool hotel in Tskhinvali.
But the breakfasts are quite modest in terms of volume and variety, but everything is delicious. The hotel has a good restaurant, but the prices are quite high, considering that this is not Moscow, but Tskhinvali.
The staff is polite.
I share a life hack: on the third floor of the hotel there is an exit to the atrium with tables, at which you can sit in the fresh air in the cool evening bringing wine or beer with you. It's free, but you need to warn the administrator.

Why I lowered the rating: the music from the restaurant, even from the wedding ceremony, should not penetrate into the hotel rooms, and secondly, the breakfast is too European, it would be great to dilute it with local wonderful dishes.

It's very noisy at night. The restaurant's phone from the room is not working. Lunch and dinner according to the menu that is in the room does not correspond to reality. Well, the rooms are cleaned every day. Towels and hygiene products are updated daily
Water, tea, and sugar are replenished daily. The administrators are friendly and ready to answer any question within their competence. But the big disadvantage of the hotel is the gathering of young people by car at night. And it should be noted that all rooms overlook the front porch. Either the administration does something about it, or dear guests choose another hotel.
