I want to share my impressions after visiting this bakery. This is a place I came to by chance — I just went in for a snack, but left with the feeling that I had visited a cozy gastronomic spot on the streets of Istanbul. First, the taste. The doner here is really on the level: the meat is juicy, flavorful, clearly not over-dried and not "yesterday's". It's fried properly, with a crispy crust and a soft center. I would like to pay special attention to the sauces — it is clear that they are prepared by themselves. The white sauce is tender and creamy, spicy — with a good peppercorn, but without overdoing it. The taste balance is just great. The pita bread is fresh, not rubbery, as it happens in some places, but soft and with a slight crunch on the edges. The portions were generous — I took a regular doner and was full as after a full meal. If you're hungry, take the "big one", it's really huge. The filling is generous: no meat is spared, the vegetables are fresh, not sluggish and not with the smell of the refrigerator, as it happens in fast food. I was also pleased with the service. The staff is polite, it's obvious that they are trying. Everything is fast, without delay, while you can safely specify the composition, choose a sauce or ask to remove something from the doner — everything will be done without problems. If you order with yourself, everything is neatly packed, nothing is spilled or falls apart on the way.

The service is terrible! We called in advance for pickup, as a result, after 20 minutes we only started accepting the order, as a result, instead of 15 minutes we had to wait about an hour. They ignore and do not take into account the opinion of the client, every year it gets worse!!! Bones can be found inside the doner, so be careful!
