A RUDE CASHIER who refused to completely change the dish. The menu says that the pasta has pesto, cheese and herbs, but in fact it comes with chicken. As a result, the waiter brought me a menu where it says that there is chicken , and they convinced me that it was my own fault and I hadn't read it correctly. In the end, I didn't believe that I was crazy and double-checked in another menu, showed it to the cashier (pictured). CASHIER: "It's your own fault that you didn't ask." Me: "So it says on your menu that pasta is without chicken" cashier: " So you were given an old menu that had pasta without chicken, but now it's gone. It was necessary to clarify.🤡» Me: "Why did you bring us the old menu? Remove it from the bill, because it's the institution's mistake." The cashier refused to withdraw from the account. As proof, a photo from the menu and a receipt. * as a result, the pasta arrived half an hour later. Only without pesto, with cheese, salted. With such a disgusting staff, the establishment won't last long.
