Last year, this place was called "Iskra" and became our favorite, it had great positions, very pleasant staff and sooo delicious! We went there very often. This year we also decided to go and see what our favorite place has become. The staff is very pleasant and smiling, the interior is cool and simple, but with interesting details and accents. I especially liked the large number of fresh flowers. In terms of food, the menu is small at the moment, I would even say very small. But! At the same time, the positions are thoughtful and very tasty. What is important, with a modest menu. The portions are not large, but in our opinion, of course. Generally delicious, cozy, but I would like more choice.

The third review of the third reincarnation of Enzo, now Enzo Asia! The beef broth is savory, the noodles are dense, and the meat is delicious. Shrimp in tempura is very tasty, the sauce is excellent. A warm salad with chicken - chicken, cucumbers, carrots, sauce - delicious, asparagus - for an amateur. One of the disadvantages is a small selection of dishes. We are waiting for a bigger selection!

Delicious bumble crumble, there are draniki with salmon or bacon, from 12:00 to 16:00 lunch. Good WiFi, there are places outside. The menu pleasantly surprises with its variety and emphasis on simple but high-quality dishes. The central place is occupied by bruschettas and sandwiches ("buters"), which are prepared here with different fillings: from classic ones with roast beef or chicken to more original ones with hummus, salmon or even truffle paste. There are both meat and vegetarian options, which is convenient for companies with different preferences.

The food is above all praise , the sandwiches are very satisfying and juicy, we even took half of them with us, the cheesecake is one of the best in the city, or even in Belarus; the deer steak was a personal discovery for me , I really liked the taste and combination with goat cheese mousse The waiters are very friendly, they helped us choose cocktails to suit our taste and were not mistaken. The steak is excellent, served with delicious creamy farm butter, the pasta with duck is balanced, the tomato salad with strachatella is very tasty, complemented with dried tomatoes and delicious spices. The coffee is delicious. Even the bread made me happy. If you are tired of the traditional local cuisine and want something more modern and original, then I advise you. I was with you and your wife today. The interior is solid 5. The staff is polite and courteous. We took lunch, the wife ate tagliato with cod. I'll have dinner with crispy chicken and salads. The salads are not bad enough. But there was not enough flavor in the salad with chicken and cream sauce with horseradish. The dressing was sweet and the horseradish taste was lost because of the cream. If only cream could be replaced with yogurt or sour cream. And instead of sweetness, add a little salt, the taste would be brighter. We were a little disappointed with the coffee and drinks. The coffee was slightly overstuffed and sour. It's all Arabica, I understand. But for me, the ideal ratio is 80% cabbage and 20% arabica. Both soft and strong. They were good themselves, the nuggets weren't bad. But the mushrooms have written a lot of oil. They were oily. The green butter was superfluous, as it didn't look good on the nuggets. Everything else was good. I didn't have enough taste

About the food: I tried salad with fish and potatoes, tiramisu and coffee. I was not impressed with the tiramisu, there was too much cocoa sprinkling (clogs the taste, makes the throat tickle), the dessert itself is too cloying, too sweet. Coffee (Americano and cappuccino) - the sourness is terrible, even sugar does not save. The salad is normal. The interior is positioned as a designer, but it gave the impression of stinginess and limitation, not interesting. Some kind of hood is humming very much (maybe it's in the next building or somewhere behind the wall, but it's very annoying). The waiters are normal, but probably because they also serve as bartenders, it takes a long time to wait.

The cafe was made by one of the best architects of the RB studio Zrobim, it was their review that pulled me out to eat in this seemingly ascetic institution. Minimalism was chosen for a reason, the main idea to put the dish and visitors in the spotlight for the sake of pleasant pictures was a success. As soon as the food arrived and we took some photos on the crippled phone, I was amazed, the lighting was perfectly exposed. The food is as delicious as the photos, the staff is polite, I write a review a month later, I am grateful for the pleasant aftertaste.

The place was overrated. No one met us at the entrance and did not accompany us. The bartender greeted me and told me how to get to the terrace. The waiter did not come up immediately, who was serving us-the girl did not introduce herself. Drinks were served quickly, unfortunately, no one offered additional coffee, no sugar, no saucers)). There were no napkins on the table. They brought one napkin, on which they put the appliances. There is no service. Please take note. The interior is quite pleasant, I also liked the kitchen, but the tables that are not cleaned with an empty hall spoil the whole picture.

The menu is juicy and everything is very stylish and thoughtful. The atmosphere is universal, inviting and without overload. While waiting for an order, you can relax and enjoy what is happening around you — cool and different people at neighboring tables, from young and fashionable guys to adults who have learned the taste of life) I've been there three times already — the first time a friend brought me for lunch and I wanted to come back to see how Iskra behaves in the evening, so the next time I brought my friends on Saturday evening, and on Sunday we came as families. The second time we came at lunch and there were no sandwiches, which for some reason we were notified only when we sat down, although we should have been notified at the entrance. The third time, we ordered a large sandwich in half and it turned out to be meager. If they hadn't been taken earlier, they wouldn't have noticed. But last time we felt cheated. Plus, we waited a long time for the order, although there weren't many people. In general, we won't give this place any more chances.

I went to this institution the other day, I'm not from Minsk, I had no expectations as such, but after visiting I was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED! Service, cuisine, drinks, everything is excellent, incredibly tasty and professional!! The waiting time for dishes at an average landing is about 20 minutes, which I was quite satisfied with, delicious and very fast, the visual is VERY BEAUTIFUL!! We came with a group of 3 people for dinner at this institution. There were few guests, as a result, the order was waited for about 40 minutes. Initially, 2 dishes were brought, the 3rd person waited about 5-7 minutes for his order. One of the items was a warm salmon salad with rotten lettuce leaves in it… I won't say for sure, but there are suspicions that the chefs don't salt the salmon themselves, but simply take the purchased salmon, which is strange considering the cost of the salad and the level of the establishment. I was also lucky enough to crunch a lemon stone (perhaps they seasoned the salad with juice and it fell out). The only hot thing in the burger was a cutlet, the waiter didn't bring ice for drinks (although they asked for it), in short, it's a pity for the money spent. The cost of meals in the restaurant does not match their quality.

The fatal mistake was the decision to go to the birthday breakfast at this institution. 1. The waiters are absolutely not polite and are not trained in staff etiquette. The restaurant has been open since 11:00 a.m., and it was still closed at 11:02 a.m. 2. We waited for the food for more than 40 minutes (we were not warned about the long serving of dishes), provided that we were the only ones in the establishment. 3. The chefs prepared the dishes very slowly, they were served to us all together, and half of them were simply already cold 4. The highlight of everything was the cleaning lady, who mopped the floors near us all the time while we were waiting for food, and when the dishes were brought to us and we started eating them, she mopped the floor right under our table, banging our chairs with a mop. Although the establishment must prepare before the arrival of visitors. As a nice bonus: a piece of cake was served. Unfortunately, this could not fix the situation in any way, because the morning breakfast in the circle of loved ones was simply ruined. I highly do not recommend this place to visit!
