It's true about the high steps, the movement of stairs in both directions, the limited space on the observation deck, the narrow windows with bars, and the 100,000 sums for foreigners. But I liked it, the view from above is still good, it's worth going up once. There were few people, I did not notice any inconveniences during the ascent and descent of people without health problems and normal build. It is not recommended for large people.
