The house is nice with a kitchen, but a huge disadvantage is that young British people come here, constantly drink, breathe helium from balloons, yell and rowdy. The sea is great, there is no one on the beach at all, because young people do not go beyond the sea, it is terribly boring, in general they did not like it at all. Get a license and a rental car, then at least the impressions will be normal.
