We had a rest in October 2024. It's a beautiful place. The rooms are clean. Silence. The restaurant serves delicious food. The portions are large. The SPA is small, but everything is working, the disadvantages are the cool water in the pool and the pool itself is small (but this can be seen in the photo when booking). The staff is polite.

The holiday homes are wonderful. But the light in the gazebo with a barbecue is not thought out. There is light only in the gazebo, there is no light above the barbecue. On the one hand, the rooms are nice, clean, tidy. This is a big plus. On the other hand, there is a small area where there is absolutely nothing to do. Yes, you can walk in the woods a couple of times, but then you get bored. This is essentially a camp site, a recreation center, but apart from a walk through the forest and renting gazebos, there is nothing to offer. You can not buy food, alcohol, meat (with what to go to a rented gazebo for a barbecue???). Alcohol can and can be served in a restaurant, at a reasonable price. In the morning, for breakfast, a small cup of warm tea, which becomes completely cold by the end of breakfast. We ordered more tea, it turned out to be paid, 5 rubles! It's all about commerce. In the nearby Isloch sanatorium, for example, you can buy groceries, things, and even alcohol, and billiard tables for free!! You can rent an electric scooter, there is no one here. There is table tennis in the open air, which no one plays. There is more entertainment in the sanatorium than at the recreation center, although in theory it should be the other way around!

Very beautiful nature, forest, river, you can come for a walk without accommodation.
I didn't like the attitude of the staff in the restaurant: it felt like everyone was tired of working) the food was waiting for about 40 minutes, they were not allowed to sit on the terrace, allegedly everything was booked, and 3 tables were free. As a result, we ate for 1.5 hours and no one came to the terrace - it's unclear. There is some kind of water park in the aquazone, shouting, noise, splashes from children, there are a lot of people, there are not enough sun beds for everyone - in general, the spa is definitely not for rest and relaxation, there is no children's visiting time. The room is not bad, but there is no air conditioning. I would also like to mention the girls at the reception and the spa - they are just sweethearts! They are very nice and friendly.

Deserved 5 stars. We rested here with my husband. We were very satisfied with our stay: incredibly fresh air, neat rooms, a pleasant relaxing massage with stones. The food is delicious, the service in the restaurant is good. A great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This is our second time here. The territory is large and mostly well-maintained, there are gazebos and barbecue areas, the air is excellent! Rooms and filling for 3*, there is all the necessary minimum, the owner has changed and the spa has become paid, although this may be for the best, there are fewer people in the pool. The breakfasts in the cafe are not bad, but tea and coffee could be put on the table for self-service, otherwise they asked us to add boiling water to the tea and they refused us ..)) strange

Nature: just a buzz, everything is green, far from the road, many gazebos for companies, many shops, there is a rope town, airsoft, paintball, laser tag. In the aquazone: a small swimming pool with a Finnish sauna and a Russian bath. They are warmed up well, the water in the pool is dark, and the advantages are over. They are launching software now in small groups, but the number of people in the group is more than the number of sunbeds and for what, those who did not have time to leave things on chairs and sit on them, as well as the number of people launched for a session is not commensurate with the size of the pool, it will not be possible to swim normally. The massage is good, the masters were pleasant to us, they took a relaxing one, it justifies its name. Dinner: prices are at the level of Minsk establishments, the service is interesting, we took pork tenderloin and duck fillet. A nice, peaceful place. Good clean air! We stayed for a day, together with friends. Our room was a two-room family room. Small, cozy, clean. Everything you need for life is there. A good breakfast. I liked that a lot of people don't sign up at the SPA at the same time. The breakfasts are good, but the restaurant is slow to serve.

A wonderful place!
I ordered a Valentine's Day program for a vacation with my husband. Everything is fine. Everything was at the agreed time: sauna complex, massage, dinner.
The rooms are small, but cozy, clean, tidy, very warm, with good sound insulation, you can't hear the neighbors at all. The room has everything you need.
The food in the restaurant is very tasty, interesting combinations, for example, turkey with cherries and baked apple, the food is beautiful. The breakfast selection is good, the portions are quite large. The restaurant itself is cozy, beautifully decorated without frills, there is a children's area with toys.
I also liked the aqua zone and the massage very much. The pool is small, but it's okay for 8 people, considering that everyone takes turns going to the Turkish hammam and the Russian bath. Everything is clean, new and tidy everywhere, starting from the locker room.
We had a steam massage, two guys did it, everything was fine too, they took into account our wishes and did a good massage. We didn't even understand how an hour of the session passed so quickly. Towels are given out when visiting the sauna complex, it lies in a locker, bathrobes are given out when visiting a massage.
The territory is large and cool — forest, river, birds, from the very early morning you can enjoy the unimaginable singing of birds. There is a playground for children, which is quite interesting and diverse.
The staff is friendly, friendly, courteous and always ready to help.
I definitely want to return to this place!

Everyone decides for themselves here.
A glass accidentally slipped out, hit the sink, and broke. The pieces were neatly folded and left on the table in the living room. During the check-out, the maid entered the room and notified the reception while we were carrying the keys.
At the reception, they offered to pay 8.4 rubles for a broken glass. They paid.
But this is not a customer-oriented solution at all, given the cost of accommodation services.
1. He was the head of a large restaurant in Minsk for a long time, today there are several small catering facilities left. Imagine how many dishes are breaking during New Year's corporate parties or wedding banquets. Neither my colleagues nor I have ever accepted payment for broken dishes. A fee was charged for a fight only in case of unlawful or intentional harm.
2. According to the rules of accommodation in Isloch Park, the damage is compensated according to the price list. I did not find the price list either in the issue or on your website, i.e. in the public domain.
3. Well, the most terrible thing, of course, is the cost of a glass. With what rate of profitability is it determined? Such a glass in any ferret today is no more than 1-1.5 rubles. In retail - 2-2.5 rubles.
Why is that? It's not about money, but about the attitude towards the client.
4. We travel a lot and often. The last time I came across an offer to pay for a broken glass according to the price list was around 1997 in a hotel in a small town.
In this case, the phrase "We always take care of our guests and try to make your stay at Isloch Park as comfortable and unforgettable as possible!" looks a little cynical.
Everything else (accommodation, service and spa) was as always at a high level.
But now we're unlikely to come back.

We rested in Isloch Park for 5 nights, a very beautiful territory, a coniferous forest, a beautiful river and cute houses, but it will not be possible to achieve complete unity with nature because there is a hum from the highway.
We stayed in a deluxe room. Among the advantages: a fireplace in the room, panoramic windows overlooking the forest, a private sauna, underfloor heating throughout, a separate entrance, a large living room with a huge table and lots of seats.
Cons: lack of a microwave in the presence of a large kitchen area, lack of drinking water in the room (the only option is to go to another building at the reception or buy in a restaurant)
The only way to eat on site is a restaurant, the nearest shops and cafes are 3km away. The quality of the dishes is good, but the average cooking time is 30-40min. The restaurant itself is good, there is a large children's corner, beautiful interior, plenty of space.
There is a good aqua zone, there is a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, towels are provided.
In general, we would have given 4 stars, if not for one unpleasant episode. We were vacationing with a small child and one day he drew with a felt-tip pen on the linen. There are no questions, we would compensate for the damage to the property, but the very submission of this information from the administrator left an unpleasant aftertaste for half the time of staying at the hotel. During the cleaning, the cleaner noticed traces of a felt-tip pen and informed the administrator, the administrator immediately billed us, although the linen was not even changed, accordingly, it was too early to draw conclusions about the nature of the contamination. The felt-tip pen was easily washed by us manually, without using special tools.

We had a rest with my husband on February 8-9 according to the Valentine's Day program and were very satisfied!
The most impressive thing for us was a steamy relaxing massage, I'll say for sure: This is the best massage in my life, thanks a lot to the massage guys! Very tactful, neat, friendly specialists.
We are also impressed with the restaurant: the food and service are at the highest level. The waitress who worked in the hall on February 8 is as friendly as possible and has a phenomenal memory!
The territory of the park is beyond praise, a very good place.
Accommodation and aqua zone are ordinary, unpretentious. On a weekday there were few people on the territory, it was quiet, calm, I assume that on weekends and in summer there is a full house.
The program that we rested on, I can advise from the bottom of my heart, is worth your money 100%.

We rested with my husband in Isloch Park from 02/24/24 to 02/26.24, left their city to reboot. Pine forest, clean air, SPA, very tasty food in the restaurant - the cook is well done, the waiters work quickly and harmoniously. The rooms are cozy and clean. There is little activity on the territory: it's winter, there is no snow - you can't ski, tubigs, it's too early to ride bicycles. You can advise the administration to organize a sports and games room, install tennis tables, board games. The complex has the opportunity to attend various procedures, but you need to make an appointment in advance. I recommend the complex for a calm, measured rest.

We write and find out that it turns out that you misled us and opened the reservation not on December 10, but much earlier. And while we waited like idiots and didn't book other places, we took everything. This is not professional in relation to clients.

We visited Isloch Park for the first time, took elderly parents on vacation, worried a little whether everything would be all right and never regretted it. Clean air, friendly atmosphere, cozy rooms, wonderful staff, starting with the driver who met us at the airport and ending with the maids, everyone, the guys in the restaurant, the girls at the reception, the chefs, the staff responsible for the cleanliness of the territory, everything is in its place and everything is great.

A great place for a leisurely holiday. Rested 5 nights / 4 days. The room was 2 rooms. Everything matches the description. The hotel is located in a pine forest, but at the same time it is convenient - there is an excellent exit to the highway to Minsk nearby. (To Minsk - always by car 20-25 minutes. ) The staff is unobtrusive and friendly. I liked the restaurant too - the chef is well done ! The atmosphere is full of relaxation. The spa is small, but everything is there - a hammam, a sauna. showers, swimming pool. everything is clean and well maintained. Thank you very much! The room stock is excellent (suites with excellent bath areas), a nice SPA, a chic restaurant without exaggeration (there is even Israeli wine here, very tasty, by the way). A small and perhaps the only difficulty is that you have to wait for a taxi from Minsk, which is both expensive and long. I have been choosing a place to spend my vacation for a long time and the choice fell on Isloch Park... And I have never regretted it during my stay. The place is beautiful, the air is clean. And the Isloch River with its bends and current fascinates the eye. The room is comfortable, clean, and bright. The staff is very polite and attentive. The breakfasts and overall meals are excellent. We took full board and were satisfied. Even within the menu, the portions are large and delicious. Special mercy and thanks to the cook. The water complex is also excellent, we visited it all the time. It includes a swimming pool, hammam and Russian bath. Massages and other wellness treatments are also available. She attended a relaxing massage, a pearl bath and a darsonvalization.there is a rental of sports equipment, we rode bicycles, at the same time visited Rakov, Rakovsky spring.
I know for sure that I will come back here again... She left with a full reboot.. Among the wishes - at least a small gym and forced ventilation in the shared bathrooms.

Good day to all. We had a rest with our whole extended family at the end of August 2024 in the number of 8 people. 2 months before, we had booked a large house number 11. The nature in the Volozhin region is very beautiful, the forest is pine, mossy soil. The house is located right in the forest at the entrance. In the house on the ground floor there is a TV, a small refrigerator, a table, a sofa where 2 people can sleep. Shower and toilet . Towels, pillows and blankets are all in perfect order for 5 points. White and super clean. There are three rooms for 6 people on the top, one of them is designed for a small child and there is a cot. The furniture is very comfortable and beautiful. In general, we got used to it in two days super, but there are also small pitfalls. If you take food with you or cook something, then stock up with a knife, it is not available only in the dining room, plates for everyone, but the microwave does not include very large ones, you will have to improvise to warm up the food, there is also no cutting board or mug. The air freshener is only on the ground floor, unfortunately (((. We clarified with the administrator and said that one is put on the house))).And so the accommodation is very super. We attended one session at the Spa. Everyone really liked the two Russian and Turkish baths , the swimming pool. The time passed very quickly. Everything is clean and beautiful, the service is excellent 10 out of 10. I would also like to mention the service in the restaurant. We celebrated my sister's birthday in a small banquet hall. The kitchen and service are very high, many thanks to the administrator Alexander and his staff. The guests liked everything, only positive emotions. 10/10 points . Isloch Park is one of my favorite vacation spots. Silence, forest, beautiful views, invariably delicious food in the restaurant, the opportunity to relax in the pool and sauna overlooking the forest have always been the big advantages of this place. This time I didn't like the active smell of chlorine in the pool. After bathing, there were unpleasant sensations and redness in the eyes. The cafe would like a more prompt service for drinks. The receptionist, who worked on the evening of December 15th, is unprofessional: we were not offered bathrobes in the aqua zone, although the question was asked. We found out about the availability of bathrobes for rent after visiting the aqua zone.
We wish the complex to develop and maintain a high level of service.
