The second-hand iPhone stopped recognizing the battery. As a result of the diagnosis, it turned out that the case was changed to Chinese (a different color SIM port) and the battery itself with a decoy. We changed it within an hour and cleaned the camera from dust (I thought it was under protective glass). So far, there are zero questions for the guys.

I came here twice, and I liked the service both times. For the first time, I was dealing with the problem of laptop overheating. The problem with the cooler was identified quickly and fixed in a couple of days. What is especially valuable is that my laptop was also put in order after an unsuccessful visit to another, unscrupulous workshop, where it was actually broken and the power button cable connection was damaged. The overheating problem was fixed, and the power button was fixed. The second time I applied was when I urgently needed to reinstall the operating system. The guys did it in just half an hour. I picked up the laptop on the same day, which was very convenient. The prices in the workshop are more than adequate and pleasant. The staff is polite and explains everything. Well, what can I say. The macbook was buggy on the touchbar (artifacts, reboots). They spun the day, they said it was necessary to repair the board ~ 800 rubles. I refused. I took it away after paying for the diagnosis. I look at home, TouchID and the power button are no longer working. I spat on everything, disassembled it, and after these "masters" I saw two disconnected cables. Well done-phew on you.

In August 2024, I decided to change the battery on the Iphone Xr, the problem was that the capacity was 78% and it was very hot. I went small (on the Internet, the cost of replacing the battery on my phone was around 85-90 rubles). I came, I explain the problem, and as an inexperienced person, they start telling me that replacing the battery will cost 85 rubles, but they will glue it on double-sided tape (I don't know what exactly they will glue, since I don't understand this) or I pay 120 rubles and they will do everything beautifully. Well, of course I fell for it and agreed to these 120 rubles. After 40-50 minutes, they gave me my phone, they said that the iPhone would make an error in the settings that there was an unknown part (by the way, when you go to the "battery capacity" it still shows that there is an unknown part). On the same day, I realized that something had been done wrong, the battery was not holding up, and nothing had changed. The next morning, while I was sitting in insta or tik tok, my phone stupidly turned off and did not turn on on its own. It only turned on when you put it on charge. And this happened all the time, as a result, I went to them with a warranty card and a receipt so that they would fix everything for me, to which I received the answer "leave it for 3 days, we'll see" They didn't offer any replacement phone, so the question is "what should I use?" Let me remind you that the phone turned off only when working for a long time and under load, and not just with the screen on. I left because I didn't have another phone. Later, I went back to them, left the phone for 3-5 days in the hope that they would fix everything, but after a few days they called me and said that everything was fine. In the end, nothing was decided, the phone still turns off and turns on only when you put it on charge. I regretted a million times that I went to them, because they gave me some crap for 120 rubles. I don't recommend it

Unfortunately, this is the worst service for repairing equipment. Something simple is being repaired. I applied for laptop repair, battery replacement and board repair. We repaired it for 4 weeks and it happened for 5 weeks!!!! Oh, a miracle!!!!! As a result: The microphone doesn't work (I don't know why); The battery charge check button is gone! The computer began to load more slowly. If you are repairing, check the build quality and operation. Awful. Unqualified employees. I forgot the warranty sheet - they can't check on the computer, even taking into account the cost of their seals. If it were "0", I would put this mark.

I contacted 09.04.2023 with a problem (I filled the macbook with beer). The keys stuck + the touchpad lagged. They said they would do everything they could, clean it up, etc. As a result, they gave it back after about three hours and said that they had done everything except restore the touchpad. They indicated that you need to install a new one, there is nothing to do about it. They said the approximate cost (~ 1000 rubles) and the time of the order they did + work (~ a month). Upon arrival home, I decided to check from the inside how the touchpad was cleaned. What's the result: after drying, beer clots remained on the inside of the touchpad + minimal corrosion was not removed, which is easily erased with alcohol. After my intervention, everything worked ... I do not advise contacting this service, they will do a minimum amount of work and try to make money

I handed over the phone, on which a glass of water was overturned, not even the entire body got water. It was working, just condensation was visible on the camera. I should have been wary when they said: "after water with no guarantee." I've already taken a brick. It turns out (!) after the water (!), the screen cracked from the inside, and the phone will work if the screen is changed, for 200 rubles. Again, apparently, without a guarantee. 66 rubles have been paid and a non-working phone has been received. I do not recommend contacting you. And yes, they were interested in the password on the phone, I refused to tell them. And so the staff are polite.

I turned to this screen replacement service , they did not do it very well , the camera was not processed before installation , after installation it turned out that a full soap dish on the camera , they did not glue the screen for which they took the money , they did not give any explanation to the question why they did it so badly , the amount for repairs is large and the quality of work is very poor , they refused to make a guarantee , I do not recommend this service , you can go somewhere else besides this service 👎🏼

I don't recommend it. The worst place you can take your broken equipment. A flooded Macbook was brought. We were promised to dry it and diagnose what was wrong with it. A day later they ask to pick it up, they say they dried it and everything works. We take it away and nothing works fine! We return it and ask for a diagnosis. I said that the touchpad and keyboard stopped working first. A week later, they call and say that they need to be replaced... and here is the list: keyboard, touchpad, battery, speakers and housing. The Karl corps!!! They say it costs the same as a keyboard and touchpad that don't work. I quote: "Replace all this and everything will work for sure, you will have a new MacBook." When I asked if the motherboard was OK, they answered YES. We felt that it was all very strange and we needed to pick up the MacBook. They didn't want to give it to us, they asked for money for diagnostics (which they themselves performed poorly, even for the first time). They took it away and took it to a more trusted friend for diagnosis, who revealed that the MacBook was NOT fully dried, the motherboard was NOT working. We replaced only the motherboard and that's it, and the native keyboard and touchpad have been working for more than a year. Conclusion: this service does a low-quality job and tries to deceive you. They would have received all the original working internals of our MacBook and would have supplied us with something of unknown origin. The name of their service speaks for itself.

I would like to draw attention to the incompetence of the service center staff. On behalf of the organization, which is a regular customer, I handed over 2 mobile phones for repair on 03.01.2023. The service center failed to repair these two phones CONSISTENTLY for several reasons, which caused significant inconvenience to the client and wasted time. The first problem voiced in the evening after the phones were handed over, it turned out that there were no spare parts for one of the phones – I was not told about this initially and was assured that after the handover the phones would be repaired tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. I agreed to wait for the spare part for a week and began to prepare documents for payment to the service center. Half an hour later, the following problem was announced: you need to wait not for a week, but until 10.01.2023, but we agreed to these conditions. After another half hour, the service center staff said that they needed to pick up the phones, as they would not be able to repair them due to some internal problems. These manipulations completely spoil the positive assessment of the work of the past staff and the head of the service center in the person of Galeev Rasul. Also, for some reason, the loyalty program (discount) was canceled, which we have been increasing for years by repairing devices in this service center. Thus, the information on the official website of the service center (the availability of a loyalty program) does not correspond to reality, customers are being misled. We are unlikely to contact this service center in the future and do not advise anyone.

Once you bring your laptop to this organization, you can say goodbye to all passwords and keys. It's a pity that I didn't check the browser on the spot. Already at home, a bar popped up that all passwords are in the stolen ones. And, even in the service itself, I did not attach importance to the notes application left open. You must sign an agreement that the service is not responsible for the loss of your data. Apparently, they thought that this also works in the case of intentional data theft. The incident happened more than a year ago, but I'm still afraid to take my laptop anywhere for diagnostics. You should not rely on integrity in this organization.

It was in March 2021. I asked to replace the battery and see what happened to NFC. I won't talk about diagnostics and payment - a lot has been written. The battery was replaced. They put a good one (as they claimed). True, Chinese (but what is not Chinese now?). After a couple of days, I noticed that the lever for switching the phone to silent mode simply does not work. It doesn't even switch. Since I don't really need this feature, I missed it. Further - more. When you press the home button, a sound quality floats on the screen. Why? How? I can't understand it. The screen generally behaves like an "adult". The point of touching a finger on the screen is different from the action that is performed on the phone. That is, you click on the letter A, the letter K pops up. Etc. 9 months and the battery reaches from 100% to 75% in 15 minutes!!!!! By the way, NFC has not been repaired for me. They said it was very expensive. For that, it was repaired in another service (I will not advertise it). As it was said: the wiring flew off, soldered. The attitude towards customers is not caring, as it seemed to me. But not cheap. I would even put a "0", but there is no such rating.

I asked just to clean the charging socket (the wire was poorly inserted), they announced a good amount. To my surprise, they said that it was necessary to open the phone and carry out some work inside. I asked again to clean it without opening it, they told me that it would not help and in general you can do it yourself. I went out, looked at the maps and walked literally 2 minutes into a small booth near the entrance to the subway. I'm there in 3 minutes and the amount is 16!! once less, they did everything I wanted and the problem was solved. I do not recommend anyone to contact this center

I came with the problem of speakers for 11 pro, offered prevention (which, for obvious reasons, did not give anything), then offered to replace the lower cable for 195 rubles, opened the phone, broke the tightness and said that there was no necessary cable. (20 rubles were charged for restoring the tightness with a Chinese gasket or a native one) I paid 67 rubles for the void. After 15 minutes, I turned to another service center, where they explained that nothing needed to be changed, the defects were fixed, and 0 rubles were taken.

I do not wish this service to anyone !!! Good day, I would like to leave an honest review about this service. Not so long ago, or rather on 11/14/2021, the battery was replaced on the iPhone X device, at the moment on 11/18/2021 (a week later) we have a device on which the charge can disappear arbitrarily, not by 1-2%, but by dozens at once. I thought it would be written off that the battery is new and calibrates itself, but alas, I decided to go in to see the condition of the battery and what I saw, the condition was 92% not believing my eyes, because this can not be, I connected the phone to the PC and there is the same picture of the declared power of 2701 we had at that time something about 2500 and most importantly, how can this be if there are only 4 full charge cycles and the power has already been lost, as if it had been charged for about six months. In upset feelings, I called the service, to which I was told that the next day my question would be raised at a meeting and given accurate information about me, but even that day, during a conversation, the master or operator made it clear to me that if I gave it back to them, I would not see my phone in the next 1.5 months, as it is necessary to send it to the head office for proceedings and in general they told me again that this is our first time and this cannot be because all the components have been checked by the master and everything in this spirit, but how it happened that the battery was installed in 2017, I do not understand. In conclusion, I would like to say one thing that I would not recommend this service even to the enemy, since, as in the age of 21, you can so categorize people. The repair of the Apple watch s5 in this service resulted in a rather long and expensive epic. It all started with the fact that a year ago, in the spring of 2020, I dropped my watch, the glass broke. I Googled the available options, the choice fell on replacing the watch with the same new ones with an additional payment in the ICOMAL, because the cost of this service was 100 rubles lower than the cost of repair (if I remember correctly, the amounts were 560 and 660 rubles, respectively). I took the watch to the service with a request for replacement, to which I was told that it could be changed, I just need to clarify the cost, and for this I need to leave the watch in the workshop for diagnostics in order to estimate the amount of the surcharge. OK, no question, I'm signing the contract. The next day I got a call and was told that it was possible to change, the amount is equal to what was indicated on the website. Super, I agree. A day or two later, they called me again and said that it was impossible to replace the watch now because of the closed borders, you can change the glass. If I refuse to change the glass, then I have to pay 50p for the diagnosis. But I brought a watch with a request for a replacement, and in fact it was the service that refused me the service, not me to him. I decided to wait a bit, suddenly the border will open, and it will still be possible to replace the clock. After some more time, they called me and said that it was impossible to keep the watch anymore, because after 14 days, storage becomes chargeable. OK, there's nothing to do, either stay without a watch and 50 rubles, or pay 100 rubles more and fix my watch, I agree to repair. At this point, I also ask the serviceman if moisture protection will be preserved, the answer is about the following: "well, we glue everything there." Well, at least that's it. They repaired it quite quickly, traces of an autopsy in the form of small scratches near the glass remained, but I did not make a scandal, because it is clear that this can no longer be fixed. Otherwise, everything seems to be fine. Only during the recoil of the watch I was already told not to wet them, because there is no moisture protection, and of course they warned me. So far, during the repair, I have lost the habit of paying by the clock and paid everywhere by phone. A few months later, I got around to linking the card to the clock again, but I couldn't do it, I kept getting an error. Reboots, untying/tying, updates did not help, I went back to iSlomal because the warranty period has not expired yet. They took my watch for diagnosis, they kept it for a long time: they were expecting a new NFC chip, then they tried other options. By the way, I had to call the service myself and find out what kind of world we were in. It's amazing that when they tried to call me once on Sunday, during the protests in Minsk, when there were big problems with communication, and they couldn't get through, they didn't call me back again, and I found out about it only a week later, when I called myself. But nothing helped. When asked if this could have been caused by a previous repair, the answer is of course "No". There is no answer to the question of what the problem is then. The last option remained - to flash the chip, but for this you need special software, which had to wait about another month and a half, the cost is 160 or 180 rubles, and there is no confidence that this will help. Even out of interest, I decided to agree, waited for the software and took the watch back. Half an hour later, I was informed that it had not worked out. But they offered to replace the watch, i.e. the service I came for almost six months ago. For this, of course, you have to pay the full cost, as if nothing had happened. That is, the repair price + replacement price is more expensive than just buying a new watch, and these can still be handed over for spare parts. It's funny, of course, I refuse. And I wouldn't even have written this review if it weren't for one thing: the other day, my glass just came off. I never wet my watch, wiped it with a damp cloth at most, there were no shocks, the screen just peeled off the watch while I was sitting at the table. Apparently, the glass was poorly glued during the last autopsy. I took it to another service (with very good reviews) just to glue the glass back, well, I told the whole story there. The guys got interested and decided to try to figure out NFC as well. Unfortunately, they could not fix it: it is not recoverable. The reason is most likely the previous replacement of the display, something was done incorrectly, I did not go into details anymore. The glass was glued, of course. I cannot say for 100% that I am to blame for the fact that NFC does not work, and who broke it anyway, nothing will work, but the situation is extremely unpleasant: I did not receive the service for which I came to the service, overpaid for repairs, lost the warranty on the watch (if the warranty remains on the replacement of the watch), in total spent about two months without a watch, was left without NFC and paid again for gluing glass in another service. Hardly anyone else will get into the same situation, after all, it's stupid to change the screen when it's cheaper to change the clock completely. But check your devices as carefully as possible after repair. The service is well-advertised, not cheap, but also not without jambs. The rear window was replaced poorly. Not only was they assured about the originality, later I found out that this does not happen, they also glued it so that the phone was in a humid room and the lidar misted up.
