I ordered a phone with 100% prepayment. A notification has arrived that you can pick it up. I came to pick it up the next day after the notification - there is no phone. The sellers said that there will be a delivery soon. I replied that I would leave in 3 weeks and would not be able to get a phone number - "he will arrive earlier, you will have time." Before that, I talked to support about whether it was possible to pick up the phone not immediately, but the next day. Support unsubscribed that "your order is ready" and left the chat. The question remained unanswered. After the incident with the lack of a fully prepaid phone, I contacted support again. Support replied that the phone was "postponed" for me in the store - and they are trying to contact him. They said that the store was very busy with customers, so they didn't respond - although I was sitting across from them and saw that there were 2-3 people in the store))) After that, support wrote. They offered to either wait 3 weeks until the next delivery (we recall the sellers and their "you will have time, it will arrive sooner"), or issue a refund. Legends.
