I bought a MacBook at iSpace in Tbilisi, and after just six months the power adapter stopped working. I went to the Batumi store, and they told me it would take a whole month to replace it because they have to send it to Tbilisi. Honestly, I could walk there faster. My work and daily life depend on this computer, and you’re telling me it takes a month just to replace a charger? I can’t even imagine what the process would be like if the laptop itself broke. You sell premium products, but the service is far from premium. Extremely disappointed. Do you really think it’s reasonable to wait this long for a simple replacement, especially when the item is already available in the Batumi store?

The service is disgusting, the attitude of the staff towards customers is terrible, no smiles, no friendly communication. They don't know their product, they assured me that the case from the MacBook air 13 m3 won't fit the m4. We bought here only because other stores didn't have the right assortment. There were two girls working on the day, and the man was more friendly. Highly not recommended

Service and service level at 5+. I came to the guys to buy a tablet, a phone and a laptop. The guys suggested how to arrange taxi fries and how to use the equipment in general. When there were problems with my old equipment, the guys connected all their capabilities and helped. (I had a problem accessing iCloud, my password didn't fit.)
