We had a check-up with my wife. They found something feminine in her and said that an operation was urgently needed. It seemed strange to me, because for all the years there were no signs, and I suggested that my wife have an ultrasound at another clinic. Made. They said that everything was fine, there were no deviations and the operation was not needed. But if they had had an operation, they could have forgotten about the children. How do you like that? And also about the ultrasound in the Israeli clinic. One of their doctors himself frankly said that the device was giving out incorrect data. Then why use it?! By the way, it's better not to do a check-up there. It is absolutely formal. You will donate blood, urine, semen, do an ultrasound and go to a cardiologist. That's it! Here's a check-up. The endocrinologist was not included in the check-up, he had to be paid for separately. There was no question of a gastroenterologist. Draw conclusions. Regarding the fact that after making an appointment with a doctor, you need to wait in line for another hour - I confirm. I also sat and waited. I would recommend a state clinic or any other commercial one.

To be honest, I am disappointed with visiting this center, I was scheduled to see an endocrinologist at 14:00, I arrived while I was waiting at the reception, it was already 14:05. They said that the doctor has a patient now, they said to wait, I waited 50 minutes. Every 10 minutes she came up and reminded me that I was still waiting. As a result, when my patience was already over, I found the doctor myself and said that I had been waiting for as long as 50 minutes. She asked me to apologize, the endocrinologist is good.
The second disadvantage is the call center, you can never get through to them,
sending an SMS notification about the recording is good, but without feedback it is very bad.

My wife, first trimester screening, a personal gynecologist recommended this clinic as the only one that does the ASTRAIA method. I called three times in advance, each time a new administrator, who either does not know about its existence or cannot unequivocally answer whether there is ASTRAIA or not, promised to call back themselves, but silence. The gynecologist convinced us that this is the best clinic and we came. They asked in Russian for "full primary screening for ASTRAIA", paid $ 105, after ultrasound, asked to pay for a blood test separately ().
If you do not take into account that there are gross errors in the test results (they invented that she was Asian), there is no calculated risk of preeclampsia in the screening results, then everything else is OK, the staff is polite, clean and didn't wait long.

Once we waited for the doctor for an hour, although we made an appointment in advance. Another time they waited 40 minutes, and after that time the doctor did not take it. There was no time to wait. At the reception, the girls do not apologize for the disrupted receptions. It seems that the clinic positions itself as an advanced medical center with good service. So far, there is zero service. Why doctors do not accept on time is a question for the administration, which, apparently, lays insufficient time for communication between the doctor and the patient.

Отличная клиника. Девушки на ресепшн всё объяснят, расскажут, распечатают анализы. Специалисты очень грамотные, современные. Отношение к клиентам на высшем уровне. Время ожидания своей очереди минимальное, если заранее записаться!

Не понравилось, что дали не все снимки узи, а те, что удалось выпросить, выдали, поджав губы. Я как пациент, имею право получить все исчерпывающие данные обследования, а не только заключение в текстовом формате. В данном случае не понимаю позицию клиники, сначала сказали, что, к сожалению, снимки не распечатать, так как уже удалены, а потом вуаля, врач принесла снимок яичников. Ну зачем врать-то?? Судя по старым отзывам, проблема ресепшена осталась, девочки записывают как попало, приходишь в назначенное время, а оказывается, девушка совсем на другое время записала. Очень портит впечатление и ставит под сомнение весь уровень клиники, как и отказ в выдаче снимков узи. Но несмотря на путанницу с записями, меня приняли относительно быстро. Врач во время приема отвлекалась на телефонные звонки от других пациентов, что в моем понимании, как минимум недопустимо, где же этика, почему в мое оплаченное время может врываться другой пациент?
В целом обследованием осталась довольна, очень понравилось, что купив 1 чекап, тебя просканируют вдоль и поперек, удобно, быстро, информативно. Надеюсь, доктора профессионалы своего дела, хоть среди них есть очень молодые специалисты.

В клинику обращаюсь неоднократно с января 2023года. Есть все необходимые специалисты, своя лаборатория. Вежливый медперсонал, врачи с пониманием и сочувствием относятся ко всем. Результаты анализов публикуются через телеграм бот, это очень удобно. Из минусов только прайс, но цены везде сейчас повышены.
