Adequate service, stunningly low price (250 euros per week), there are all amenities. The staff is very good, knows Russian. The apartments are located in the historical center, almost all places can be reached on foot; there are many shops and cafes nearby.
We are living in room 6 now, a family. I recommend it!

The photos on the website and in reality coincide, only the condition of the rooms is terrible, it seems like there has been no repair for 10 years, the walls are stained with dirty and greasy hands, the furniture is also covered in grease. The linen was stained and full of holes, the towels were even scary to take in hand, gray-black, although at the request the linen and towel were replaced with better ones than they were. There was no cleaning in the room during our stay, all dispensers were completely empty. It was squeamish for us to be there for 5 days, we made the mistake of paying first, and then we went to look at the room. You can hear the neighbors very well and what's going on in the stairwells. The only advantage is walking distance to historical attractions.

Never, never book this place if you don't want to end up ahead of time in a hell of unsanitary conditions and just hell. Unfortunately, I did not realize why and did not have time to photograph the general view, which does not correspond at all to the photo (crimson battered walls, other old and dirty furniture, etc.), but I managed to take photos of cockroaches, dirty dishes, dirty laundry, etc., before we fled from there. By the way, with a small child, who is definitely dangerous to stay there. Meanwhile, the owner tried to charge us the full amount of the reservation. Which was 21,000 per week 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

Before paying, be sure to look at the accommodation!!!
Very dirty! There is a trash can outside the window, the window cannot be opened. The floors are stained, the walls are dirty. Wooden chairs have caught my jacket-there are splinters sticking out. The dispensers are dirty. The faucet is all rusty and leaking. When the manager was called, he squeamishly opened the faucet with two fingers - everything is so bad.
The money was not returned to us. When paying, he said that he needed to use the terminal. And after examining the room, he did not return the money to us. I put it on the booking that we didn't arrive. We sent all the photos and a description of the situation to the booking office - they did not help us.
This housing is a waste of money. It's not safe. It's dirty. Unsanitary conditions.

It's a terrible place. It's not safe, it's dirty. This room looked like a scary hostel. We refused the room, we did not get a refund. Booking didn't help.
We paid through the terminal, although the card was linked through the booking website.
