On the plus side, the location is very convenient and at the same time very quiet, except for the muezzins screaming in the middle of the night and early in the morning from a mosque nearby. The room has a refrigerator, shower, air conditioning. Water and electricity were not lost. An acceptable price, again. For the unassuming traveler, it is more than enough.
Of the cons, the room is tired. The owner apparently wants to squeeze everything out of this donkey, without a trace. There is no cleaning. For 7 days of stay, the maid could not really clean it up. We used to walk barefoot at home, we didn't change our habits there, and it's extremely unpleasant to feel sand and dirt after supposedly cleaning.
In general, the pros outweigh the cons with a vengeance

A great option for a stopover in Istanbul.
5 min walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street.
A very quiet place.
In general, the room is 4+ as of now.
There is a small kitchen and a refrigerator.
We cooked the breakfasts ourselves.
It is convenient to plot routes and return after a rest.
It is also convenient to come and go from the airport.
We will come back here on the next trip!

An excellent mini-hotel is a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square. Quiet place, few people around. Clear. We took an improved room with a kitchen. I liked everything.
