on August 23, we ordered a mattress that was going to be custom-made, we said it should grow within 1 month, they said they would, but it's been 2 months, we're still looking for a mattress that's not on the market, they can't put 2 words together on the phone, they couldn't get a proper answer to my questions, they could talk, they called the last complaint line, so they said it would come in 1 week, it hasn't been 53 days, I doubt it will come in 1 week, we preferred the future because it's quality, but the product is not bought from this store in any way, and I won't recommend it to anyone Dec the staff is very uninterested when we went to buy it anyway even tomorrow they were giving cvp to questions by mouth I'm very sorry I wish I hadn't bought it from that branch
