In 2015, I contacted the Apple Store to repair my tablet (replace the screen). The device was accepted by the store staff. However, when I applied for it, I was informed that they did not have a tablet. This fact indicates improper fulfillment of obligations and loss of the client's property. Such an attitude undermines trust in the service and may qualify as a violation of consumer rights.
