In the evenings, the Internet disappears for several hours, it happens during the day too, but I only know this on weekends. I come home from work, I can't help but socialize. you can't sit in the networks to watch TV, since the TV is configured for sharing, which is powered by the Internet. I called the call center 1000 times, they don't pick up the phone, I leave a request through the TG bot. They come to fix it, it works fine for a couple of days, and then everything repeats again! Support deceives those, they feed them with expectations and promises, it is not accepted to call them back, they do not recalculate even taking into account downtime of 2 days, there is no Internet for 2 days, there are no specialists on duty, there are not enough installers, the work schedule is from 9 to 18. The contract is written in a fraudulent way, according to which they can do nothing at all for 48 hours and not fix the Internet for you, of course there will be no recalculation.
