Harmful, and a complete waste of time and money. Gave my MacBook to clean the dust, they broke the touch screen, and refused to take any accountability. They said I can’t prove it was working before their cleaning. The fact is it was working before them touching it. Also, they are supposed to work until 5pm but when I went there at 3, they said it’s too late and they can’t disassemble and check the inside. I lost so much time on them and can’t properly work now because of their negligent service. My MacBook is basically half broken.

I gave the mac for diagnostics, there was a problem with the screen. After the diagnosis, I was told "your screen is not working." I tried to find out from them the reason why the screen is not working, they do not know. They just connected the mac to the hardware and conducted tests, where they were given that there were problems with the screen. I was shocked with such a diagnosis, I can do it myself. I tried to find out what kind of diagnosis is so cool, they say that I am not the 1st one who is shocked by the method of work. The diagnosis cost 5k
