We bought a MacBook there and got a tax return form. Darko Milutinovic helped really helped us when I found that I made some errors in the form! He was sooo nice, soooo helpful! Thank you very much! And about shop itself. It has every apple appliance you need in store! All of selesmen are nice, quick and helpful. Really glad we bought our MacBook here.

Harmful, and a complete waste of time and money. Gave my MacBook to clean the dust, they broke the touch screen, and refused to take any accountability. They said I can’t prove it was working before their cleaning. The fact is it was working before them touching it. Also, they are supposed to work until 5pm but when I went there at 3, they said it’s too late and they can’t disassemble and check the inside. I lost so much time on them and can’t properly work now because of their negligent service. My MacBook is basically half broken.

Deceived. He only asked for a phone and a case. The seller started messing up something and finally punched through another additional warranty. I noticed it already on the way home. Be careful, don't repeat my mistakes)

I gave the mac for diagnostics, there was a problem with the screen. After the diagnosis, I was told "your screen is not working." I tried to find out from them the reason why the screen is not working, they do not know. They just connected the mac to the hardware and conducted tests, where they were given that there were problems with the screen. I was shocked with such a diagnosis, I can do it myself. I tried to find out what kind of diagnosis is so cool, they say that I am not the 1st one who is shocked by the method of work. The diagnosis cost 5k

Very nice, the official Apple service center (marked as such in the Apple Support app). Due to Serbian taxation, it is often more reasonable to take a vacation to Arab countries to buy expensive equipment, but if you want to buy something now and officially, that's fine. I didn't have a chance to use the service center because I had to give my phone back for 2 weeks to replace the battery. It's unclear if it's Apple's fault or a particular store's, but we'll assume that it's 4 stars out of 5.
