Terrible service, lazy in a word. I handed over the laptop, they tried to fix it for 2 weeks, as a result they said that it could not be done, the motherboard burned down. In another service, it was fixed in 4 days, it was completely different.

Last year, I dropped my phone on the asphalt, the screen broke. I applied to this place to have it fixed. They said they would do it the same day. Although everything is fine here - they did it on the same day, literally half a day :)
I came to pick up the phone, everything was in elastic bands, they said to take it off after a couple of hours - good.
The young guy quickly handed over the phone and continued to do other things. I asked him for a receipt, to which he told me that the warranty would not cover if I broke the screen again. This, of course, was obvious. I needed the receipt so that, if anything, I could come and prove that I was in this service and I was provided with a service there. Reluctantly, the master gave me a check and I went home with it and the phone.
After a couple of hours, I took off the rubber bands, the screen was replaced, but there was one "but". There was a scratch under the glass.
I returned the same day and showed it to the master. He hesitated, asked if it was before, I said no. The master went somewhere else, apparently conferred with someone and returned. He shrugged his shoulders and said something like, "well... uh... it happens that way." When asked if there was any way to fix it, he said no or I don't know.
In general, the impressions were so-so from this master and the service as a whole.

1. I gave the phone away - it stopped turning on, they said that I would do everything in 2-3 days. Since there was no other phone, this time was important (I warned you about this). As a result, after 3 days there was not a single call to the specified number - I called myself, they said that the part was coming and it would be ready in 2 days. As a result, they did it for 1.5 weeks and took the amount as for replacing the battery (even more), although there was absolutely nothing to do for repairs (as I later found out in another service)
2. Since the service was located next to home, I decided to take the laptop there, it was not urgently needed, so I decided to take a chance - the xiaomi laptop stopped turning on and charging. I brought it - they said I need to buy another charger. We checked on bench charging - the laptop turned on and everything worked, then I was happy, then I asked to clean the laptop and change the thermal paste, since I couldn't unscrew it myself (the bolt slipped off). The laptop was made again longer than the stated deadline, when I called and asked how it was with the laptop, they said well, it would be ready for lunch, and when I came, they said they hadn't even started yet, and so several times. I bought a new charger (the original one), but the laptop still wouldn't turn on. I decided to take it to another service center, there was a verdict that due to the connection of another charger in the service center, some controllers in the laptop itself simply burned down. That is, in addition to the fact that the laptop was not made and it was made for more than a week, it was also broken. Are you guys kidding me?!!!!!!!
Never, under any pretext, bring your devices there. Using YouTube videos, you can do the job the same way, maybe even better.
