From 03/17/2024 to 03/21/2024 (at the moment, the accident in the Data Center has not yet been fully eliminated), incident - IM-520 The data Center cannot restore virtual servers and backups at its facilities in vcloud and veeam backup services. They can't give you deadlines, they can't give you backups. Managers do not have information on the course of solving the problem, only general unsubscriptions. It's a terrible service. Disgusting customer service. which Tier 3 Data Center are we talking about if the downtime is more than 4.5 days?!
