They persistently tried to breed, offering to buy from them and immediately put a new hard drive, power supply, memory bar. We really wanted to reinstall Windows with office Word and charge 50 rubles only for this. This is despite the fact that I had a minor problem with the cooler. By the way, in order to save money and cleanliness, they apparently decided not to remove the old thermal paste, but they did not forget about paying "for the replacement of thermal paste". I didn't have time to look at it myself, I decided to give it to you quickly on the way to repair. As a result, I spent many times more time, effort, and money... Extremely unprofessional and arrogant employees who are ready to do anything for an extra penny. Avoid this place.

I gave them a computer with a charger. The problem I had was that the computer couldn't see the hard drive at all. Instead of the promised 2-3 days, they checked for TWO WEEKS.
When asked how the payment would be made, they said that the amount was final and there would be no additional payments.
As a result, I barely managed to get the laptop back to me. They never gave us the charger, they said that "you didn't give us any charging." Apparently, they just lost it. Instead of paying compensation and apologizing, their employee became rude. They gave away a kind of working laptop, demonstrated the work, but after a week of use, a black screen appeared. By the way, at least the bios used to load, but now it's just a black screen. The SSD does not read as before. Thanks for the 146 rubles spent, for a separate price they carried out a "diagnosis" (that is, for 11 rubles they stated that my SSD does not read, which I know so well) and for changing the thermal paste for some reason, although I did not ask for it and recently changed it myself. Of course, for a fee.
