As an argument, the manager, who did not want to give his name for a long time, said "80 manats will not change anything for you." I don't understand why she decided that, because for some reason she didn't agree to pay these 80 manats for me. There are also problems with recruitment to the group, only 1 person was recruited to the group, and this will most likely shift the terms of training. So, neither from a financial point of view, nor in terms of timing, nothing should be planned with this educational institution, it is also not necessary to count on customer orientation, managers respond rudely. They refused to provide the promised discount.
