The hotel is quite cozy. The location is close to my course location, so it's ok. But, of course, it is far from the center. The price/quality ratio is optimal for a business trip. The staff is polite, goes to a meeting. There are rooms for 1, 2 people and blocks of two rooms for 2 people each with a shared bathroom. There is a TV in the room. I was upset by the lack of a kettle, refrigerator, and microwave. There is often an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom. The linen is tired, not always washed to white. There are 8 stops to the metro on any bus. There is a cafe. Breakfast buffet, payable when booking a room. At lunch and dinner, you can have a limited-course menu. A grocery store is 1 km away. There is not much place to walk around.

Location- if you are by car- parking for cars, near the gas station, exit to the MKAD- quickly and without problems - get to any place in Minsk! Very convenient! We booked a standard for two nights for three for 6,700 rubles. We paid immediately for Ozone. The best offer! The room is two-room and very spacious (813).
Modest, but clean and cozy. A large number of cabinets. Two beds in a large room, 2 in a smaller room and each with a TV. The sound insulation is good. Soap and soap accessories are available-on the second day they were replenished, the floor was washed. There are no hair dryers, fans, air conditioners in the rooms. This cannot be called a minus, since the hotel is declared as a two-star hotel. I am informing you in case this is of key importance to someone. We were in the hottest weather, but the nights are cool and it's fresh at night with the windows open. Maybe they are present in rooms of a higher class.
The cooler is on the ground floor. Refrigerator at the reception. We were allowed to use the service freezer (refrigerants were frozen).
The hotel is located on the outskirts in a new area. Opposite is a park with huge stones. We went for a walk last night. The air is fresh, everything is well maintained, there are no mosquitoes and other blood-sucking filth. They were surprised. We went out through the parking lot opposite, deciding to pass the time to the store, assuming that there was a forest there.
It's not close to the center, but there are no traffic jams. We left the car next to the nearest metro station, located 5 minutes away. The Belarusian metro is a separate song!
The staff is polite and friendly.
The expectations are justified.

The rooms are large, not very new, but the linen is clean and the whole room is clean. The hotel is located far from the metro, shops and shopping centers, so if you are without a car, then keep in mind that only a couple of buses run at the nearest transport stop. But there is a large parking lot for tourists by car.There is no refrigerator, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel in the room. To take a break, sleep and tidy up after the trip, the hotel is ideal.

A large hotel on the outskirts of Minsk. As the administrator said: the concept of sleeping and washing. It can be done perfectly well. Clear. Simple beds, linen, a lot of closets. There is breakfast, but we didn't use it. There is no refrigerator in the room, this is a minus, but they asked at the reception, they put it in their own without any problems. There is no microwave, kettle either, there are 2 glasses. To spend the night and run errands in the morning is a good option.

The reception staff is friendly.
The guard guided them to a short exit to the parking lot, and also told them about the nearest grocery stores and transport stops.
We rented a room of 2 rooms.

There is a bus to the metro, you can pay for the ride on the bus using a QR code. Or buy tickets at the metro ticket office (costs less than 1 bel.rub) for the bus. A taxi from Yandex or local carriers is called at the reception at the best prices and with the possibility of paying with a Mir card.

Nice hotel. It is located not very far from the first national shopping center and Dali mall, it takes about 30 minutes to walk. Everything is clean. Persanol is friendly. There was no refrigerator in the room, but you can leave a package in the refrigerator at the reception. The issue of washing has not been resolved in any way - well, at least they put a basin, or something. There is also no iron or hair dryer in the room, but it seems that they can give it on request. A 2-star hotel, I was here at a competition with a child. I am staying in 2 stars for the first time. There may not be much, but at least it should be clean, but no. There is shampoo in the shower, but you can use it only if you take the scissors into the shower carefully, otherwise you will not open it. The linen smells musty. Positive:
- Very quiet area — near the Skolkovo technology center in Moscow;
- Two-room rooms are spacious, with a large window;
- For drivers: free Parking, near the MKAD, gas station is also nearby, to the city center by car — 15 minutes.
Minuses:
- A grocery supermarket is a 10-minute walk from the hotel;
- Not suitable for hikers: it is far from the metro, you can only get there by public transport;
- There is an old TV in the room, without a Smart TV.
For drivers from Russia, as for me, the hotel is the best, but for walkers it is better to look for hotels closer to the city center and not far from the metro.

By some miracle, in the season when there are a lot of tourists in Minsk, we were still able to find this hotel to spend a few nights. 4. The hotel on the ground floor sells shampoos, micellar water, napkins - that is, everything a girl needs if she is flying with hand luggage, and not with a suitcase, where liquids cannot be transported. It is very convenient that you do not need to look for a store at night when checking in.

Minuses
1. There is a hair dryer, but you need to ask for it at the reception every morning. Unfortunately, there is no hair dryer in the rooms, as well as air conditioning.

В целом хорошая гостиница, есть собственная парковка, приветливый персонал. Чисто. Матрасы на кроватях странные, но спать можно. Ванная комната просторная, но душевая кабинка в нашем номере была ужасная. Лейка душа не держится в кронштейне конструктивно - трижды получил лейкой по башке. Раз 5 задел выступвющий рычаг крана - то ледяной водой себя окатил, то под кипяток попал. Душевая в общем делалась абы как, лиж бы была, как там принимать душ никто не думал.
На территории есть кафе, можно прилично поужинать. Завтрак, 20рублей за этот шведский стол на мой взгляд не соответствует стоимости. Сосиски варёные и жареные отличаются только временем кипения в сковородке. Вот амлет зачетный! В целом выбор небольшой, каждый день одинаковый. Фрукты недельной давности такие, что я бы постыдился выкладывать.
В последний день нашего проживания, не работал кофеавтомат.
Терминал для оплаты не принимает виртуальные карты МИР, только физическую карту.
Как бюджетное жилье, очень даже рекомендую, но не более того.
Вечером можно уютно посидеть в кафе, но горячие блюда говорят можно заказать до 20:30, по факту, до 20:00. В нашем случае повар пошел на встречу и сделал детям картошки фри и пасту.

Доброжелательные сотрудники, чистые номера, хороший шведский стол утром и широкий ассортимент в кафе вечером. До метро на транспорте 15-20 мин. В нашем номере было две комнаты, два TV, одна двух и одна односпальные кровати. Не хватало холодильника и э/чайника. Фен предоставляется на ресепшене. Продукты можно поместить в холодильник у сотрудников.

We stayed at the hotel twice, and both times the service was excellent. Quick registration, polite staff, convenient that you can contact by telegram and clarify the details. There is a cafe near the hotel, where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
In the evening, a cooler with hot drinking water works. Of course, there is not enough kettle in the room, but here you need to understand that this is 2 stars, which is possible for fire safety purposes they are not. There are disposable body gels, soap, towels of small sizes in the room, but there are enough of them, there is no separate towel for the feet, it is not very convenient. The mattresses are lovely, soft and comfortable for the back. The location is ideal, for those who are by car, TC near the MKAD, it is better for hikers to look closer to the center or the metro.
The price is very attractive.
