Excellent quality/price ratio, rooms are clean and comfortable, personnel extremely helpful and friendly. Super convenient and easy the online booking process that allows to change or cancel the booking until the day before checkin. Breakfast is good and various, the bar/restaurant is open until 11 p.m. also during weekends and it serves simple but very tasty dishes for a really small price. Parking available with plenty of space. All credit card accepted and working (no problem with the EU/US ones due to sanctions). Definetly my first choice in Minsk!

The check-in was quick and without any problems. The staff greeted us kindly: the staff were attentive, helpful and always ready to help. The rooms are comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need: there is a TV and a glass for water. Hygiene supplies (soap, shower gel and shampoo) are provided on the day of check-in. I would especially like to mention the breakfasts — they are impressive in their variety and quality. The menu pleases with fresh products and balanced dishes. The hotel's infrastructure is well thought out: navigation is clear, and public areas create a cozy atmosphere. We arrived with our family for a couple of days on vacation, the rooms are clean, there are towels, shampoo, soap, although there is an improved room, there are no slippers, gel, toothbrushes and paste, there is no hair dryer. There are no coolers on the floors in the hotel, only one, it seems, on the ground floor. You can't even drink tea, there are no kettles in the rooms either. The rooms themselves were small and shabby, and there was only one towel in the bathroom, apparently for all body parts. The only advantage is the buffet breakfast, there are quite a variety of dishes. There is no public transport nearby, the only way to get around is by taxi. Nice, cozy rooms for a more or less reasonable price (in my memory, one of the cheapest options in Minsk, if we are talking about a full-fledged private room with a good repair). Convenient location: despite the fact that the hotel is located behind the MKAD, the area is very pleasant and, most importantly, clean! And the bus stop is nearby — it takes 15-20 minutes by bus to get to the nearest metro station Moskovskaya. The only thing that surprised me was the lack of a mini-refrigerator in the room. It wouldn't hurt. Otherwise, everything is fine. I would also like to mention the polite staff at the reception, and quite nice, beautiful staff!
