Excellent quality/price ratio, rooms are clean and comfortable, personnel extremely helpful and friendly. Super convenient and easy the online booking process that allows to change or cancel the booking until the day before checkin. Breakfast is good and various, the bar/restaurant is open until 11 p.m. also during weekends and it serves simple but very tasty dishes for a really small price. Parking available with plenty of space. All credit card accepted and working (no problem with the EU/US ones due to sanctions). Definetly my first choice in Minsk!

Номер чистый есть туалет мини кафе ,бар,остановка рядом музей валунов добираться удобно .Минусы курс при оплате на месте снимают ндс,нет тапочек нет полотенец в номере ,да две звезды но 3000 номер,в сутки очень не вежливый персонал,понятно что они устают,но хоть что спросить ,отвечают односложно не понятно не дружелюбно. Магазинов рядом нет,в кафе всё дорого на ресепшен. Самый плюс очень тихо еду лучше брать с собой,доставка сюда не доезжает магазины далёко,Что не хватает чайник воду можно поставить в номер и тапочки ,даже в хостелах стоят везде,так как не у увсех есть деньги на кафе,кофе и да и не близко они находятся,либо брать с собой термос в целом,такая оценка за тишину,чистоту и парк рядом.

We were with my husband and parents in July 2025. It's a very nice hotel for two people. Polite and helpful staff. The rooms and elevators are old, tired, and asking for repairs. The beds are very creaky - you take a deep breath without moving, it will creak))) Towels are clean, cleaning is daily. Pretty clean. There is a large parking lot. By location, it's a long walk from the metro, but those who like to walk a lot can walk for 30-35 minutes. But there is a bus stop next to the hotel, a couple of stops and you are at the metro, 15-20 minutes and you are in the center, there are no problems with transport. Separately, I would like to praise the breakfasts. The buffet is clearly not a 2-star hotel. Very varied and delicious breakfasts, all kinds of sausages, sausages, ham. Omelets, boiled eggs, cereals, cereals, milk, yoghurts, nuts, pastries, tea, coffee. In general, it is much better than some hotels with 3-4 stars. We were very surprised, we didn't leave hungry. The price-quality hotels even surpass themselves. If I visit Minsk again, I will be happy to stay at this hotel.

I came with my dance group to the competition.She lived in a room for 4 people on the 8th floor (room 815).The room was clean and very cozy, and the view from the window at night was simply gorgeous.We cleaned the rooms often and didn't go into things))The breakfast was incredibly delicious!!There is Internet access, and drinking water (both hot and cold) could be collected on the 1st floor from a cooler.There is an ironing room on the 3rd floor, and a guest room with a kettle, glasses and chairs on the 5th floor.The staff was very nice and kind, especially in the dining room.🙏🏻My team and I were incredibly comfortable and didn't want to leave.I advise everyone!!

The price/quality ratio is not bad, we lived a couple of nights in a 2-room room. Clean, warm, good mattresses, TVs, minimal cosmetic kits. cons - there is no refrigerator, hair dryer (separately requested at the reception), bottled water. breakfast for 27 rubles is a small choice and the cafe itself is unpleasant. The hotel is close to the airport, but there is no bus stop, shops, metro nearby / we went to the center by taxi.

There are no coolers on the floors in the hotel, only one, it seems, on the ground floor. You can't even drink tea, there are no kettles in the rooms either. The rooms themselves were small and shabby, and there was only one towel in the bathroom, apparently for all body parts. The only advantage is the buffet breakfast, there are quite a variety of dishes. There is no public transport nearby, the only way to get around is by taxi. I will definitely not stay at this hotel for the second time.

I lived there for 12 days on a business trip. The price is an acceptable 35r. per bed. There were immediately norms and a large towel and glasses on the table and disposable shampoos and toilet paper, but after changing the bed linen on the weekend, the towels and glasses were taken away (it's strange that the shampoos were left) and toilet paper stopped being put down, they said that it was not required in our tariff. Beds are rented, and a key card is given not for a person, but for a room, which is also not convenient. There is a TV in the room, there is enough furniture for two beds, there are two bedside tables and a desk with a chair, there are plenty of cupboards too. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower, a small sink. The ventilation is working well. The walls in the room are dirty, and there are dirty stains on the carpet. You can also see in the bedside tables that it hasn't been wiped. The lighting is comfortable, there is a main and night lighting, and there are enough outlets. The room is warm, sometimes even hot, it is possible and necessary to ventilate. Stop in a couple of minutes, convenient.

On the downside, we were met by a very tired employee, but the next day there was a more smiling and friendly receptionist. The plumbing and the bathroom as a whole are very tired. The hotel itself is 1 star, but your administrator, who worked from January 3 to January 4, 2026, earns 5 stars, but if you specify 5 stars in the application, the hotel will get a super rating, but in fact, the hotel resembles an old Soviet dormitory, the renovation looks like the same time. During the two nights we stayed, they didn't even bother to sweep the floors, although they came to the rooms and made the beds. There was mold in the shower stall. Nice, cozy rooms for a more or less reasonable price (in my memory, one of the cheapest options in Minsk, if we are talking about a full-fledged private room with a good repair). Convenient location: despite the fact that the hotel is located behind the MKAD, the area is very pleasant and, most importantly, clean! And the bus stop is nearby — it takes 15-20 minutes by bus to get to the nearest metro station Moskovskaya. The only thing that surprised me was the lack of a mini-refrigerator in the room. It wouldn't hurt. Otherwise, everything is fine. I would also like to mention the polite staff at the reception, and quite nice, beautiful staff! If I ever come to Minsk again, I will consider Time hotels first of all. Before that, I was in Sport Time — there +- everything is the same.

The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, soap. There were 2 towels each. On the downside, there was no refrigerator and kettle in the room, so I had to go down from the 6th floor to the 1st floor, where there is a cooler. There's also a refrigerator. An iron is provided on request, ironed strictly in the ironing room. And another huge disadvantage of our bathroom (I don't know about the others): there was no fourth door in the shower, so the water was pouring onto the bathroom floor. They even gave us a rag to clean up this water ((the shower mount was broken. In general, it's not bad, but we need to work on the shortcomings. The staff is polite.

A great hotel, despite the seemingly remote location. There is a bus stop, easy access to the library, the Dana Mall shopping center and the Vostok metro station. The rooms are spacious, the equipment is normal, the mattresses are comfortable. Delicious breakfasts, good assortment. There is a parking lot.
