An excellent economy option for business travelers, tourists and just those who travel with a large family. Large parking lot behind the hotel. The hotel is located next to the MKAD, in Akademgorodok. Across the street at 850m is the Boulder Museum park. A wonderful quiet place for walks, meditations, jogging. To get to the metro, you can take a bus (stop opposite).
We lived in a two-room room. I was especially pleased with the orthopedic mattress on each bed. The children (13 and 10 years old) were also very glad that they did not sleep on the couch. The towels were stained, and you have to be prepared that it's not a bath towel, but a small towel. Cabinets, mirrors, table, bedside table (in each room).
The bathroom is large and shared. However, it seemed to us that space was being used irrationally there. A small sink, right next to the shower stall.
Breakfasts in the cafe at the hotel are usual, buffet style. They can be paid on the spot if the reservation is without food.
In general, we were satisfied, because we did not sit in the room, and our backs said thank you for a sound healthy sleep.

Positive.
1. Not expensive. I took a large family room with breakfast, for 3 nights it turned out to be not expensive at all, less than 300 rubles.
2. The room is very large, large rooms, very large bathroom, hallway-hallway.
3. The room is clean, the furniture is cheap, but new. The mattresses on the beds are new.
4. A separate plus to the curtains, the curtains are very dense and completely do not let in light, you can sleep during the day, with curtained windows, it will be dark as at night. This was a big plus for us when putting the children to bed for a nap.
5. Very decent sound insulation. A rarity for hotels.
6. At our request, an extra cot was placed in our room.
7. Large Parking lot, there was always a place.
8. The location of the hotel, within walking distance there are shops, an exchange, a McDonald's, a stone park.
9. Breakfast. I'm putting a plus. There is not much choice of food and the dishes do not change, but there are always two porridges, Sausages, amlet, sausages, cheeses, butter, muffins, various cereals, compote, teas, coffee, etc....if you are not a glamorous gourmet, then you will be satisfied.
10. Everything is always clean everywhere, but this can be attributed both to the hotel and to the whole of Minsk.
Well, now the cons.
1. Room cleaning, for four days it just wasn't there, not once, although the token asking to clean the room hung on the handle for two days in a row. All they did was take out the trash.
2. They gave 3 towels for four people, which were never changed in four days. It can be seen in this case, in general, the trouble with towels, those that were in our room were washed almost to holes.
3. There are no air conditioners and refrigerators in the rooms. God help him with the air conditioner, let's be patient, but we lacked a small refrigerator.
4. In the shower cabin, which is very cramped, someone managed to install a mixer at elbow level, so that when turning, he constantly touched the handle of the mixer, which provided himself with a contrasting shower.
5. The staff is very friendly, but in the morning there is a young girl sitting at the reception, with such a face that you don't really want to approach her for a voucher for breakfast, no, she's not scary, but clearly she doesn't see her job and all the vacationers.
6. The cafe-bar on the ground floor is open only until 23 o'clock, so it was possible to drink a mug of draft beer after a day of excursions, as they say "on the fly"
Bottom line, if they ask if I will go to this hotel again, then I will say YES, it is worth the money that is being asked for it.

A great place to stay in Minsk if you travel by car. Spacious, clean rooms, a very decent breakfast, a beautiful park for walking nearby. The price/quality ratio is excellent. The place is quiet, it takes 15 minutes to get to the city center by car, it is easy to find free parking. I recommend visiting the opera and ballet theater and the ethnographic village.

The hotel is very modest, there is no kettle, iron, or even a trash can in the room, there is only a small one in the toilet, the towels look like they have seen the sights, they are shabby, the phone for communication in the room is broken, the second one does not work. The price tag does not match at all, it is very expensive for such a room
