For the first time in Minsk, we stayed with friends at this hotel, I liked everything. They monitor the cleanliness and comfort of visitors. There is a cafe where you can have a snack. The room itself has all the basic amenities. Calmly.

Asceticism is highly developed. There is no kettle and refrigerator. We had a holdall bag. They carried one item at a time to the reception desk in a working refrigerator. And the boiling water is in the cooler ... The staff is perfect.

One of the disadvantages is that there are no coolers on the floors, and the lack of opportunity to warm your food.

During the stay, the room was not cleaned, the drain in the shower was clogged, and the watering can was in terrible condition. The carpet in the room is stained, there are no slippers. One evening, the cafe was left without dinner, I had to take a taxi and go to the nearest restaurant. (The reason for the refusal, the service of several tables)
The check-in was long, since the paid reservation could not be found at the reception.
The hotel is positioned as a 2* which does not seem to exist.

A very bad hotel!
1. It is located extremely inconveniently, behind the ring road.
2. Very old plumbing, everything is half-broken and clogged.
3. BEDS without mattresses!!!! Just a spring mattress and that's it!
4. No big towels! Only one small one for the face and that one is torn.
5. Very noisy! You can't do it in rooms with windows facing the street.
6. There is no air conditioner.
You can list a lot. Do not choose this hotel, do not make our mistake.

The hotel has 2 stars, but there are a lot of half of one for this place. The only plus is that we were given a 2-room room for 4 people. The mattresses are old, one bed is scratchy even from looking in her direction. There are glasses, but no water bottles, kettle. The water does not go out in the shower, the plumbing is old. And the most amazing thing was that only 1 towel was given for each. I do not recommend it

There is not a single catering service near the hotel. The cafe at the hotel is closed for special services. When asked to warm up dinner for two visiting pensioners, the administrator Nadezhda said that they could not help in any way and the parents could eat TOMORROW. An excellent offer for a person with diabetes mellitus. I do NOT recommend it
