The hotel is nice, neat, with parking and a bar nearby, the staff is friendly. I will note the main pros and cons of the hotel.
Positive:
- Very quiet area — near the Skolkovo technology center in Moscow;
- Two-room rooms are spacious, with a large window;
- For drivers: free Parking, near the MKAD, gas station is also nearby, to the city center by car — 15 minutes.
Minuses:
- A grocery supermarket is a 10-minute walk from the hotel;
- Not suitable for hikers: it is far from the metro, you can only get there by public transport;
- There is an old TV in the room, without a Smart TV.
For drivers from Russia, as for me, the hotel is the best, but for walkers it is better to look for hotels closer to the city center and not far from the metro.

On the plus side, room cleaning. I lived for a month, and I studied all the children's football teams. They scream and run from 7-23, and when athletes are older, they party until 3 a.m. There is almost no Internet, breakfast is normal, but you can come when there is nothing left! Due to the arrival of the children's teams, they were not served in the cafe, they did not even sell chips with beer! Everything has already gone wild! The price.... But you live like in a dorm!

Overall, a good hotel, has its own Parking, friendly staff. Clear. The mattresses on the beds are strange, but you can sleep. The bathroom is spacious, but the shower stall in our room was terrible. The watering can of the shower does not hold structurally in the bracket - I got a watering can on the head three times. 5 times I touched the protruding lever of the tap - then I doused myself with ice water, then I got under boiling water. The shower room in general was done any way, it would have been, no one thought about taking a shower there.
There is a cafe on site, you can have a decent dinner. Breakfast, 20 rubles for this buffet, in my opinion, does not correspond to the cost. Boiled and fried sausages differ only in the boiling time in the pan. Here is the test amlet! In general, the choice is small, every day is the same. The fruits of a week ago are such that I would be ashamed to spread them out.
On the last day of our stay, the coffee machine did not work.
The payment terminal does not accept virtual MIR cards, only a physical card.
As a budget accommodation, I highly recommend it, but no more.
In the evening, you can comfortably sit in a cafe, but they say hot dishes can be ordered until 20:30, in fact, until 20:00. In our case, the cook went to a meeting and made French fries and pasta for the children.

It's a disgusting hotel.
After checking in, we saw a stained mirror. The cleaning lady came and tried to wipe it off, and when she couldn't, she said it was a "design decision." The answer to the stink in the toilet was given – antiseptics. Of course, we believed it all. It turned out that we were accommodated in the most designer room of all possible in the hotel. There was no such thing in others. Luxury!
One day they left early in the morning and returned at night. Noticing a black bag on the next bed, I looked into it, and there was our old trash. There was a clean, new bag in the toilet. The receptionist told us to figure out who did it, because the cleaning lady couldn't leave him on the bed! She didn't care that the guests hadn't been in the room all day.
The towels provided by the hotel were obviously dirty and stank. The bathroom drain can be seen in the photo, probably all the woodlice living in the shower crawled there. The shower door, by the way, did not close, the handle scrolled.
Dirty walls in some unknown way. Looking at one door, it seemed like someone had decided to throw up on it.
The receptionists at the reception did not consider it necessary to greet the guests, nor did they look polite.
The food in their dining room is of the lowest quality, the waiters are arrogant, and they charge money. On the very first day, they managed to cheat us out of the amount. They bothered to return it, but not in full.
The beds were pushed away from the walls at a sufficient distance. Why is not clear. Perhaps there is a secret and deep meaning in this. They creaked terribly, it seemed like someone was dying.
The front door, thank God, if it opened at least the second time on the card.
I would give zero stars, but unfortunately, this is not possible, nor is it possible to close the hotel.

There is no door in the shower, the front door closes very poorly, the closet is very shaky, there is no refrigerator, the rooms were not cleaned, the drawers in the bedside tables are very dirty.

For your money, it's a great place.
Tip: it is best to book through the website (so, it seems, even cheaper). Reservations for a single room must be made 2 weeks in advance, for a double room with one bed, preferably a month in advance – they are disassembled.
The place is great, quiet; there is a cafe. Check-in is fast; locks on cards; the room is clean, cleaned; two towels (in a single), soap, packs with shampoo and shower gel; mirror, hanger, table, chair, wardrobe, bed, telephone, TV, large dark curtains, wi–fi, shower stall, toilet - what Do you need more for happiness?
The buffet breakfast is good, but do not forget the "voucher" that you will be given at the reception upon check-in.
Well, think in advance how you will get there (20 minutes from the nearest metro station)

We stayed at this hotel several times at different times of the year, always quite fast check-in, pleasant staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast.
There are two disadvantages, in my opinion:
1. Bath towels are not provided, and it is very problematic to dry off or wrap your head after washing with a towel of the size that is given.
2. There is a relic of the past - after the eviction, they definitely inspect the room and while the procedure is going on (though not for long - 5-10 minutes), you stand in the lobby and wait until you are released. Very unpleasant sensations that add a fly in the ointment to a wonderful hotel stay.
But, despite the listed disadvantages, given the price / quality ratio, I will definitely stay at this place on my next visit.

Our room had two rooms, two TVs, one twin and one single bed. There was a lack of a refrigerator and a kettle. A hairdryer is provided at the reception. The products can be placed in the refrigerator of the employees.

There was no refrigerator in the room, but you can leave a package in the refrigerator at the reception. The issue of washing has not been resolved in any way - well, at least they put a basin, or something. There is also no iron or hair dryer in the room, but it seems that they can give it on request. It's a long way from the metro, near the park of boulders. With all the disadvantages, a good impression remained.

In the evening, a cooler with hot drinking water works. Of course, there is not enough kettle in the room, but here you need to understand that this is 2 stars, which is possible for fire safety purposes they are not. There are disposable body gels, soap, towels of small sizes in the room, but there are enough of them, there is no separate towel for the feet, it is not very convenient. The mattresses are lovely, soft and comfortable for the back. The location is ideal, for those who are by car, TC near the MKAD, it is better for hikers to look closer to the center or the metro.
The price is very attractive.

Or at least put coolers on every floor. 1 cooler for the whole hotel is not comfortable. We arrived in the evening and could not eat, because the cafe in the hotel is closed for special service, and there is no other cafe nearby, so we have to go to the center to eat - this is time, and not a small one. I would like this moment to be more thought out, you understand that you are in an area where there are no other cafes, you can not close it from visitors. There is no place to warm up food in the rooms, so if the cafe is closed, then you lose normal hot meals. If you need a place to spend the night inexpensively and you are by car, then in principle it is normal. If you are traveling on foot, then the location is not very convenient - the problem of transport accessibility in the evening.

In the morning, the buffet is 20 rubles. Not bad. In the afternoon, in the evening, you can eat delicious, relatively inexpensive. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room. The cooler is on the 1st floor. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits are available at the reception. I arrived at 23:00 in the evening. He didn't die of hunger, but the assortment is small. The room is clean, cleaning is done daily. There Is A Stone Park Nearby. The bus stop is 200 meters away. Everything was fine.

Breakfast was taken separately in the hotel restaurant. Everything necessary was present. I was also pleased with the large number of seasonal fruits and berries, and really ripe ones (I'm talking about watermelon). Breakfast costs 20 Belarusian rubles per person. The hotel has a large parking lot. We got to the city center by taxi using the Yandex application. The prices were pleasantly surprised, an order of magnitude lower than in St. Petersburg.

1. There is a hair dryer, but you need to ask for it at the reception every morning. Unfortunately, there is no hair dryer in the rooms, as well as air conditioning.

The hotel is very decent for its price category: a two-room room for 4 people with modern furniture and a TV in each room - 4700 RUB. The staff is polite, always in touch, they check in very quickly. All rooms, starting from the hall, are clean and tidy. Of the cons:there is no air conditioning, towels are not replaced in 3 days even once, although cleaning took place every day. The location on the MKAD does not bother at all, because it is faster to get to any point in Minsk by car along the ring road. In addition, there is a public transport stop, or a taxi to the center can be found for 300 rubles. The Wi-Fi is excellent, the connection is through registration. The food in the cafe is normal, expensive, and long to wait, so it's better to order dinner in advance for the evening. There is a buffet breakfast with quite a decent set. Milk porridge is delicious, several types of cheeses and sausages have always been supplemented, even after 10 o'clock you can have breakfast in peace.
