Terrible service. No one greeted us at the entrance to the restaurant. After we were asked if we would wait 40-45 minutes, and we replied that we would, the waiter stood and looked at what we would choose, did not offer to decide or suggest something on the menu. After ordering, they asked us to put stamps for the friends' order, the waiter Daria was rude to us, put it on with a displeased face, mumbled something and threw this card to us.
In general, if you want to spoil your mood, then be sure to come, and if you want to spend the evening in a pleasant atmosphere, then choose any other institution besides this one.
There are no questions about the kitchen, everything was delicious.

The waitresses' attitude is boorish, No goodwill. She asked for peach juice in a glass, said she would, and they brought her orange juice in a glass bottle. At the same time, they allow themselves to be rude and disrespectful.
The toilet in the establishment is terribly dirty, not a toilet, but a passageway.
The waiting time is too bad. I went up to the staff twice and asked where my order was, why was it taking so long… The staff also forgets what their client asked for and they don't bring the ordered and paid product without reminders.
One star is a lot.

After a couple of days, we decided to visit while we were walking and ordered rolottes, so far the first place to wait for cooking for 45 minutes, the people who made the order after me rather took everything away. We also served first of all from whom orders can be collected many times faster than mine. As a result, after a long wait, we received our order, the rolls that were with the chicken barely found the chicken in it, and the one with the ham turned out to have a piece of ham as thin as a sheet of paper. Categorically, I will not visit this institution anymore, the last thing left is to get poisoned there. And for others, if you don't mind taking the time and getting frustrations, you are welcome.
The only plus is the delivery at a height, quickly, clearly, by the specified time (this is about the part about pizza).

As soon as this place opened, I liked everything. There was a price =quality ratio. Then prices began to rise, and portions to decrease (I'm talking about rolloto now).
One day I went there for pizza and was disappointed. I found a black piece of some kind of plastic part in the pizza (at least I didn't break a tooth). The institution offered only a discount on the remark and did not even apologize. I don't go there anymore and dissuade all my friends.

We ordered a pizza "Rimskaya", the service is average, the delivery arrived quickly (min 20). On the website it was written in the composition of the branded sauce, but in fact the usual concentrated tomato paste both in taste and appearance, which interrupted the taste of everything. It feels like you're just eating tomato paste from a jar with spoons. It definitely doesn't taste like a signature sauce. You can't even call it just a sauce. They ruined the whole impression of the service and cuisine in the city.
