I rarely leave reviews, but I couldn't resist! I bought a PC in this store, and this is the impression I left. From the very first minutes, I liked the manager's approach to me: his attitude was respectful and professional, he conducted a dialogue when contacting him with clarifying questions, was always in touch and ready to answer all questions about the product. I received only positive emotions and the highest quality service! I have never regretted contacting this store and I will continue to shop here, I recommend it!

I've had to buy computer products in this store more than once.
But I would like to talk about the last purchase in more detail.
Each of us wants something new, modern and cool. The last purchase was SSD M.2. After contacting Andrey, a representative of the company, I told him that I wanted to purchase a new hard drive, to which he replied - everything is possible. I received a positive response. We discussed the details, meticulously found out exactly what I needed. Andrey gave me recommendations, advised me what would be better. Although my computer is not even half a year old, but Andrey and I are already discussing its modernization. Andrey has already advised me to purchase more necessary goods for a more stable computer operation (I think I need more RAM), it remains to raise some money and buy :)
In general. I have been cooperating with this store for many years now, the computer works like a clock. Everything is fine. I not only buy from them, but also periodically give old laptops and computers of relatives for repair.

I had an unpleasant experience with this desk. Parents bought a computer with peripherals from them. At the stage of sale, everything is +/- even. Although they initially offer a complete set that is easier to deliver and more profitable to sell, rather than focusing on specific customer requirements. But this is a business and it's stupid to make a claim here. (If you order equipment from them, study the characteristics and quality of the components yourself)
To the point: the webcam failed within a month (6 months warranty). For any warranty and service issues, you are informed: "that everything works, we tested it," and then they slide down to the level of market women with stories about some cars they bought that also break down to the accompaniment of spluttering saliva.
CONCLUSION: the desk works according to the principle: sold, forgotten and do not bother US with YOUR problems. And if in our case the price of the issue is conditional 3 kopecks, then you can guess about the reaction of the "office" to more expensive shading. Especially hysterical about the claims to the quality of the Jura. He works at their assembly (greetings to him personally).
