Disgusting service. They don't refund money for a failed concert, and TG ignored it for 4 days until he called tech support and yelled at them. They promised to return the money within 14 days, but they never returned it. Do not contact this company.

Не вздумайте связываться с данным сервисом, если не хотите потерять последние нервные клетки. Неделю назад купила билеты на концерт, но заказ почему-то ушел в статус просрочен, а деньги списались. Дозвониться невозможно, отвечают сухое мы уточним или у нас денег нет. Не могу получить назад свои же деньги((
