It is a pity that the employee does not hear the client. I told the girl several times what quality photo printing was needed, as I often print photos here and know what suits me. But they forced more money on me point-blank. It was very unpleasant from such pressure and I agreed. As a result, the photos didn't turn out the way I wanted them to. Like pixels... The faces in the photo are ugly... Just ugh... The mood is spoiled by overpaying for "quality". It's not about money, it's about being forced to do things you don't need. Such service is extremely unpleasant. I'm an adult and I can decide for myself what to choose, but excessive intrusiveness and pointing out that premium is not much more expensive... And the pressure in front of other people for you to agree...

On 06/21, I came to take a photo, the girl was as unfriendly and unpleasant as possible, when they started taking a photo, she stood there looking like I was forcing her to do her job for free, when she already took the photo, she didn't even announce the price, she just gave me an envelope and stood watching, when I said goodbye, I said "thank you, goodbye" to which completely ignored. Honestly, the mood is ruined, I used to go only here to take pictures, now I'm not particularly eager to take pictures here in the future.
