Very bad. When upgrading a home laptop, they promised to install a licensed Windows OS. I specifically asked them if they really have the opportunity to do this, because I can buy it in a specialty store. But they assured me that everything would be fine.
As a result, instead of Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Pro was installed. For understanding, these are licenses for small businesses, not for home use. As a result, I could not install my Office 365 on this laptop.
However, the owner of this service refused to admit his wrongness, he also categorically refused to make a refund for this "left" OS. Add to this that they accepted the payment via Caspi transfer, they do not have a POS terminal, and they did not give any receipt or at least a receipt. And the client turns out to be completely defenseless in controversial situations.
I will never come to them again, and I will not recommend anyone else to contact them! 😡
