The Amazing Phang Nga program is excellent. We were lucky with the weather, the guide (Dmitry) and the driver! The program is described in detail on the website. Dmitry (the guide) talked all the way about the places we visit and about the history of Thailand, competently coordinated the group, photographed and helped tourists. The driver, a cheerful-looking young guy, drove us through all the places carefully and with a breeze. The program itself is just great!!! Such picturesque places, elephants, airplanes!!!

We took a day trip from them to. Phi-Phi. I liked everything very much. Of the advantages: 1) there was an early departure, although it was slightly postponed, but not much. 2) a minivan took a personal transfer from the hotel and we did not have to collect the rest of the participants by hotel. Some of them I saw came by taxi. 3) we had the largest catamaran boat. No one got seasick because of this. Motion sickness pills were also offered and distributed. 4) the girl guide also did not disappoint. And when she was asked to take a portion of lunch with her, she kindly helped. At the same time, I even helped a foreign couple who somehow ended up in our group, despite the fact that they generally did not speak Russian or even English :). I would just like to say right away that there is no need to take "corals" on a day trip, since you will not be able to step on a hedgehog, since they hide and are quite deep. 5) our reservation was quite prompt (on April 10, we booked a place for April 12), but perhaps this is because we were already at the end of the high season.

On December 01, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., we booked an Avatar tour and paid 8,200 baht (20 hours before the trip). In the evening, a child got sick, vomiting, diarrhea (no one is immune from this), Ivan the director was immediately notified, as a result, he does not decide to postpone the tour, he cannot return the money or any part of it, he refuses to return such a bestial attitude towards people. Do not contact this office. I have already filed a complaint on the Thai government's website and the Traffy Fondue app, as no one has notified me in writing or verbally that the tour is non-refundable.

December 2024. James Bond guided tour. The main thing that deceived us was that there would be an inspection of the diamond or ice cream caves, according to all those advertising brochures that we were given in our hands. One of the caves is equipped with paths and lanterns, and the second cave is wilder and they give out lanterns and helmets, both cool, but we could only see them in Internet videos. Instead, we were thrown into some strange place where people almost broke their legs. There are no elementary stairs or any interesting passages. They just threw it somewhere simpler into some kind of recess in the island. I think the reason is that someone is selling a more expensive program that costs a minimum. Like there was a cave, that's all. (just speculation) The second point is that there was no Russian guide. Although it should have been. The third is the price. Fall for the fact that, like, a Russian guy, he's responsible for the words and he'll call someone. Instead of 1400 baht from the chiptrip, they paid 1800 from Ivan. It turned out to be a little bad and expensive. I don't know how it would be with a chip, maybe it's bad too. There's a roulette wheel here. Fourth, we were not shown the closed lagoons of the island on canoe. Someone was lucky and some of the boats were parked exactly where there are inner lagoons that float through low passages. We were just taken for a ride by the island, and that's about it. As it turned out, there are several piers where different carriers are based. When you buy a tour, you do not know which carrier you will get to and which program you will receive. We came to the pier with a group of Russian tourists, but at the same time we were all wearing bracelets of different colors and divided into groups. Buying these tours is roulette, and if you don't know what you want to get, then you'll get away with it anyway. I couldn't get away with watching the reviews and knowing what I wanted to see. The most interesting thing was Panyi Island. We had a snack in a hurry and ran around the island to watch the everyday life and life of people on the water. There is not enough time for it.
