Except to say that the place is old, with old floors, doors, etc. This is such an institution where they do not want to return anymore (and they themselves are not particularly willing to accept us) because of the low quality of service, and due understanding of the requests / complaints of the population. Teleport in the Soviet era. The one-story building, which is probably about a hundred years old, is depressing. The staff is responsive, but very busy. There is only one person working in the customer service department! The man is heavily loaded. It is problematic to get through because of this, and sometimes it is unrealistic. There is no call center. There is not even a multi-channel number.
