Nice 4-star hotel. Friendly staff, help with everything. Cleaning is daily. Breakfast is a buffet, you will not stay hungry. An early check-in was not agreed upon, but they were fed at an early check-out. Excellent location, close to many grocery stores, spas and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the sea.

A small, slightly tired hotel, no frills, for a good four. Good breakfasts with a small selection of dishes. The staff is trying their best. The rooms are cleaned every day with a complete linen change. The view from the windows of the upper (after the 10th) floors on the entrance side is very good, on the mountains. We would have come back again.

The hotel can stay overnight for 1 night, from lack of security, and torn, it's very cramped inside, there's nowhere to put the suitcases, the curtains are so dirty, the balcony is 80x80 cm for 1 person, the view of the city. We were booked by a tour operator from Kazakhstan, flyme from Astana. The beach is almost 1 km away, an elderly person cannot walk, it is dangerous to cross the road, it is the 5th line from the beach. In the bathroom, water leaks onto the tiles, then puddles everywhere. There are only Vietnamese channels on TV. The worst thing is, the air conditioner is kind of working, there's so much dirt clogged up there, it barely cools, I had to go buy a fan. The pool is located on the 20th floor, for this you need to get to the 19th floor, then take the stairs. No 3* can be given to this hotel, a maximum of 1*. The room is dirty, the room has not been cleaned for several months, the towels are stained, the corners are accumulated with dirt. In general, it was a disappointment, but the Flyme tour operator charged us like a 5* for a hotel. I want to say not to contact them, they cheat the money in advance, but in return it's terrible.
