I ordered a countertop, their equipment broke down first, I waited with understanding, then I arrived during business hours as indicated on the website and there was no one there. We agreed that they would bring it if that happened. As a result, two weeks of promises have not been delivered. Every time they're surprised that someone, some employee, didn't bring it to me. The last time I warned them that if they didn't call back and tell me when they would arrive, I would have to order from others, and they didn't call back. All the calls were my initiative alone. As a result, I lost more than a month of time and still have to wait for the production in another company.
