I want to share my positive experience about the Izmir Medical Center clinic, where my child underwent successful adenoid surgery. From the very beginning, we felt the care and professionalism of all the staff.
Doctors are real experts in their field. They explained the operation process in detail, answered all our questions and dispelled our fears. During the preoperative examination, the doctors paid attention to every nuance, which inspired confidence.
The operation itself was performed quickly and without complications. After it, the child recovered very quickly, and the results exceeded our expectations – now he is breathing normally and is less sick.

In early September 2024, she visited a surgeon at our clinic complaining of groin pain. The surgeon said that the X-ray would not show and said that an MRI scan should be done. I went to the Izmirlian Medical Center to see the traumatologist Karapetyan Liparit. He referred me for an X-ray of my hip joint. I paid 8000 drams. However, the X-ray did not show any pathology. Karapetyan referred Khachiyan Vardan to a neurologist.I paid 20,000 drams. I examined him for a long time, prescribed treatment. I bought a lot of medicines. The treatment was not effective. Khachiyan then referred Safaryan Zaruhi to a rheumatologist. I paid 20,000, 10,000 and 10,000 drams. She prescribed treatment . A lot of money was spent on medicines here too. Nothing helped. In the end, Safaryan said that I have nothing, but the pain is muscle, she told me to take painkillers. And all this dragged on until December 2024. Then I went to another clinic, where I was immediately referred to M.T., where I was diagnosed with right hip coxoarthrosis and underwent hip replacement surgery in early 2025. I suffered severe pain for five months. The leadership of the Izmirlian MC should check the professionalism of its specialists.

Disgusting experience with this clinic.
He was on January 21, 2025, with suspected cracked or fractured ribs.
First, there are 3 people in the insurance department, then there are 5 people at the reception. The card was filled out at the reception and sent to the 4th floor without an office number. I walked around the 4th floor and found a doctor's office. There is no doctor on site. I waited for 30 minutes. The doctor said that he had been sent to the wrong doctor, but he issued a referral for an X-ray and sent it to the administration for a seal, and then to the insurance department. The insurance department agreed on an X-ray. They said it wasn't their fault, it was my fault that the doctor was the wrong one. There are 10+ people waiting for the X-ray. I didn't wait any longer, but went to another clinic.

We only come here because we are close to home, but we constantly have to wait for doctors for half an hour. And this is despite the fact that they learned to immediately go to the reception / to neighboring offices and ask to call the doctor so that he would come up so that they would come down from somewhere. No one ever sits still.
Every time I think it's just a coincidence, but now it's boiling over. They asked me to call the doctor 2 times. They replied that the doctor was in the medical center and wait at the door. It is absolutely impossible to plan a working day.

Guys, this is tough..
I've never seen such incompetence before.
The nurse did not get into the vein, did not make sure that everything was fine, just quickly injected the drug into neighboring tissues, as a result of which complications developed. And they knew that I felt sick, but no one even apologized. All they said was "apply ice."
After all this, it turned out that the price that was originally agreed upon, and which was prescribed in the medical card, increased by 15 thousand. They just wiped it with putty. Because of this condition, I didn't have any strength to swear.

My mother Badalyan Larisa had an unrealistic operation, which was refused for a year and a half, many clinics and hospitals in several cities....we are from In Russia, and they applied at their place of residence in the city of Budennovsk, where they put us in the hospital and kept us for 2 weeks and abandoned us....then they turned to the regional center in the city of Stavropol in several clinics .... the result is the same, they refused us....then we went to the city of Rostov-on-Don to a large cancer center...they claimed that oncology ...they themselves do not believe in the negative result of histology, in their own laboratory.....then we arrived in Yerevan and went to the Nairi Medical center -here, in general, the doctors morally killed both the patient and relatives....having said that 5% out of 100% will live after such an operation
And finally we turned to the doctor from God KARAPETYAN GEVORG FELIKSOVICH, who did not hesitate to take us to the most difficult operation.....I want to thank the miracle doctor with the God level for his responsiveness and professionalism and I want to add that first of all he is a PSYCHOLOGIST. She lost more than 75% of her blood during the operation.... and at the same time he told us that everything would be fine. don't worry...and we were more or less calm , which is not a little important .....And GEVORG FELIKSOVICH did it ...He's a smart guy, well done, very conscientious, responsive...God grant him as much health as he gives to every grateful patient....I bow low to you, GEVORG FELIKSOVICH. Minuses:
- It's expensive, about 50%-80% more expensive than in Moscow. If the insurance does not cover it, then you will have to cough up.
- As everywhere else, you will have to wait in line from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- They don't always know in advance what they can do and what they can't do. In preparation for the operation, a refusal may come.

I consider the PEOPLE who work here to be magicians and miracle workers.I-Grigoryan Asthik Henrikovna Came from Russia and went to the Izmir Medical Center with acute pains, as I was not properly and half "TREATED" at the ASTHIK medical center. She just howled in pain .Here I was received by the head of the proctology department, GAREGIN EDUARDOVICH-God grant him health and long life. He ordered an operation on the intestine with two cracks.After the operation, for exactly a week, they just blew dust particles off me (I have diabetes mellitus)everything, and without extra money.I paid the amount for the operation once and THAT's IT!!!At the Astghik medical center, they milked me as best they could.
