Good day! I want to thank coach Alyona Denisova for another wonderful lesson. During the training, all muscle groups were stretched and pumped, from head to toe! We used 5 sports devices. It was very cool, thanks!
And I would like to express my gratitude to the founders of the club. The hall is small, but very neat. It is always clean and easy to breathe, even during a very intense workout.
