I would like to mention the comfortable booths separately: cozy, clean, with a comfortable atmosphere where you can eat and socialize in peace. The staff is polite, the service is fast. I often eat there. It's delicious and inexpensive if you take away the food made to order. By the way, many clients do this. An individual approach to the client is a huge plus. As an example: The person writing this review has a food allergy to egg white. And the cooksi here is very tasty. And the employees of Izyum know that you should not add eggs to one of the servings. The only minor disadvantage is that there is not much space to wait for an order. Especially during rush hours. Otherwise, it's a great place. Interest is charged for the service, so it's up to the customer to decide whether to eat at home, place an order, or spend time in the cafe-restaurant itself.

Pros: the delicious food, borscht and manti brought us back to our childhood. I really liked the lemonade too. Very nice prices Cons: they no longer respond to messages, one of the items was not reported in the order, but after being asked about its availability, they are ignored. The indicated delivery dates did not match, two of the two orders were waited much longer. Comment: We only used delivery, so the review does not apply to the service in the institution. We wanted to add this place to the list of places where we will order on a regular basis, but we were disappointed with the delivery service itself. P.S. We also heard a voice message, presumably sent by the administrator to the courier, which was not very pleasant for us, which greatly spoiled the impression. I'm not sure we'll be back.
