Irresponsibility. We booked a certain car, called to clarify several times whether it would be free, threw off my passport and license, everything was approved. On the agreed rental day, it turned out that the booked car had been on long-term lease from other customers all this time. And the lease was extended, and I was offered to choose from other options, although initially I was only interested in a certain car.

We took the car. We planned to drive for a week. It started smoking in the front, fuel is flowing in front, the smell of oil in the cabin, the air conditioner is not working. Eugene turned out to be rude, we were not given a replacement car.

In general, lost time, a bummer on the journey.
