Chinese cuisine is always a delight and an amazing palette of the most diverse tastes! I have been to many Chinese restaurants in Almaty and this one was the most impressive and memorable. The food is always fresh and delicious, the pleasant atmosphere of China, the waiters work well (not perfect, but good). The food is like in China and it's a big plus (I've been to China and I know what I'm talking about).

We often come here with friends. On Chinese New Year, we traditionally go to this duck. We have already formed a standard set of orders, I highly recommend it: Actually, the Peking duck (just in case we book the duck in advance, it may happen that you came, but there were no more) Rice with vegetables is top! Spicy tomato salad Beef ribs These are small dumplings with meat In general, everything is delicious :) The portions are very large, for 6 people, the set I listed above is the best. From the remains of the duck, you will be offered either to make broth or fry the bones. We always take the broth and immediately ask you to pack it with you. They also have separate rooms, like an office. It is very convenient for large companies, you get your own large room with a large table and your own toilet. You don't have to go far anywhere. There is a new room for the children. For some reason, there is no changing table in the toilet, although people are constantly sitting there with children, including small ones.

I was in this institution only once, I was very friendly, was escorted to the VIP, we ordered a lot of different food, including Peking duck, everything was going great. But, there is a very unpleasant moment, this is the imposition of expensive dishes and the attitude towards customers is not correct. First, I know perfectly well what I will order, despite this constant imposition of those dishes that I do not want. The offer of the most difficult wines. The second is the attitude towards customers, we sat and pressed the button maybe three times, no more, and the waiter bursts in with us, like why do we press the button so many times. When asked to warm up the soup (one of the guests came last), he replies that this is not possible since they do not have a microwave, after asking to call the administrator, they somehow found a way to warm it up. I really liked the restaurant. A professional duck butchering show with guests is a cool feature. The kitchen is very tasty. The chefs' competence in their business is noticeable in the dishes. There is no customer orientation! The next morning I revised the bill and noticed that the waiter added an extra order for 12k. Прекрасное место! Отмечали годовщину свадьбы в узком кругу семьи (муж и дочка). Приехали 1 сентября днём. Спокойно припарковались. Спросили есть ли детская комната - нам подсказали, что на 2 этаже. Там и сели. Уютные места, отделенные от других гостей. Напротив уголок для детей - идеально. Сразу принесли меню. Заказали: салат с древесными грибами, джусаем и яйцом (вкусно) + конина по-императорски (великолепно и в меру остро) + рис на гарнир + утиное филе с листами теста (сам сворачиваешь себе "пельмень" - очень вкусно) + чай олун + ребенку пампушки со сгущенкой (вкусно) и молочный коктейль Всё очень понравилось. Официанты вежливые. Туалет чистый. По ценам вышло ~23000 тг. Платили QR Спасибо большое! Обязательно вернёмся. Такой огромный выбор блюд, что хочется всё попробовать❤️

There were a lot of expectations from Peking duck, but if you don't really like fatty dishes with certain smells like mutton, then maybe you won't like duck. Были семьей на первом этаже, понравилось. Есть детское меню с нейтральными блюдами. Когда посетителей немного, обслуживают и готовят быстро. Понравились полноценные порции (такими они и должны быть, к сожалению, многие заведения экономят). Не стесняются с остротой блюд, это вкусно, но это надо учитывать при выборе. Цены по ощущениям завышены, дороговато.

If it were possible to put six stars, I would do it. An excellent restaurant with real Chinese cuisine, and everything is organized at the highest level. Not knowing the specifics, I ordered three dishes with hungry eyes, although the portions turned out to be such that I would have eaten any one of them, but I tried everything. Pike perch in sweet and sour sauce is just fantastic. The prices are above average, of course, but it's worth it. The interior is very cozy, the waiters are professional, the service is quite fast, taking into account the complexity of the dishes. Атмосфера очень приятная. Интерьер красивый и аутентичный. Персонал вежливый но немного медленный, народу было мало но довольно долго приходилось ждать официанта. Брали гомян с морепродуктами и яйцом, в виде морепродуктов был морской салат. Креветка в панцире и одна, кальмар был безвкусный. Лапша покупая дешёвая, очень пресная и безвкусная. Также заказли чай с апельсином и мятой но принесли с облепихой

Решили попробовать пекинскую утку. 2 взрослых и 2 детей, заказали утку, пампушки, цай ( закуски ) каждому. Утка совсем не понравилась, ее было так мало, что мы с мужем предпочли отдвть детям. Все порции крошечные, хотя цены завышенные, вышли голодные и недовольные. Сервис ужасный за такие деньги, очень пожалела , что пошли туда. Сервис желает лучшего, порции крошечные, обслуживают медленно. Ни нам , ни детям не понравилось, хотя мы поклонники китайской кухни.

Короче в счёте уже указано 10% обслуживание, всего около12800тенг(входит 10% обслуживание), дал 15000 наличными ,и официант спрашивает сдачу еще принести? Я говорю что да, и он сразу стал такое не довольно. Удивлён что , ресторан заставляет клиента.повторно нужно платить за обслуживание что ли, в общем счёте брать 10% еще не достаточно ли??? И дополнительные чайвые тоже обязательно???? Тем более у клиента же есть право вообще не платить за обслуживание без предупреждения В 2021 году Комитет по защите прав потребителей Министерства торговли и интеграции РК заявил, что согласно ГОСТ 30389-2013 заведение (ресторан, кафе и так далее) не может брать дополнительную плату за обслуживание. Почему это действие незаконно? "Потому что в кафе и ресторане предоставление услуг официанта потребителям является обязательным условием для такой категории объектов общественного питания. Рестораторы оказывают услуги общественного питания, в которые входит процесс обслуживания. Таким образом, взимание отдельной платы за обслуживание относится к условиям, нарушающим или ущемляющим права потребителей взимание процента за обслуживание является незаконным в том случае, если потребитель не был заранее уведомлен об этом. В такой ситуации потребитель имеет право отказаться оплачивать дополнительный процент за обслуживание. Ужас, полностью настроение испортилось!!
