There is a children's 'water park', small, but the children are always happy. There is a shuttle to the sea and other buildings, a free shuttle runs three times a day to three shopping centers in the city. There is a feeling that there is not enough staff, but those who are polite always try to help. If something did not suit, then everything was quickly corrected at the first request. The beach is very large, there was enough space for everyone, everyone cleans the coastline. There are tennis courts, golf, horseback riding, volleyball on the beach, and water activities on the territory. There are restaurants on site, delicious. There are shops in the hotel, with beach accessories, hygiene products, some medicines on sale. I would like to have better WiFi on site. We checked into the room before the official check-in, at 9 a.m., but we could not arrange a late check-out, because there was a full check-in. One of the missed dinners (breakfast + dinner) was postponed to the day of departure and lunch was provided at the restaurant. It takes 30-50 minutes by taxi to the city center (depending on the trip). A good place to relax with children or just who wants to relax quietly and quietly, without the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel itself is very pleasant, good staff, there is a Russian speaker, which adds comfort (but there is more than enough English), the rooms are very pleasant, the rooms are exactly 5 stars, the pools are cooled, but in the local heat you can cool more :)
But the all-inclusive program was very disappointing. Everything is so confusing that we figured it out only on the second day, despite the fact that we were there for only 4 days :) sad in general. In our understanding, everything should be much simpler, if you have everything turned on, then these are the things you can do, if you have everything turned on +, then everything is possible. But no :) the system is so complex that even the staff gets confused in it, and does not know what is possible in what is not, as a result, they constantly looked at the room number database and what its residents can do :) the guys have something to work on, of course.
Otherwise, it is far from the water, but there is a shuttle service, it is also far from the city, but there are buses.
We went on a corporate trip, for 4 days, as part of the "all inclusive+".

Dangerous, the children had a lot of injuries. The food is very tasty. From the hotel to the sea, go by buggy. For those who fly in November, it is mandatory for children to take tunics and dressing gowns to the sea and the pool. It's cold to get out of the water, towels get wet immediately, but you can't change them, and it's convenient to get to the hotel in a tunic. Chemistry and toothbrushes are not very good, if you are picky, take them with you. The rooms have an iron and ironing board, which is very convenient. Bathrobes for adults. For children, take some goodies with you. Our children lacked something to crunch, although there are fruits and they are very tasty. Apples and tangerines are very juicy and sweet. There are many watermelons and melon of 2 types, sweet pineapple and others. The bars are all inclusive, not all are free. There are a couple of paid ones, all the others on the beach and pools are free. There are pools only for 18+, this is good for those who want to take a break from the children's screaming in silence. In general, holidays for families with and without children are generally very good. P.S. I wanted to say that there is a very convenient schedule for both early birds and owls. Breakfast from 7-11, lunch from 12.30-15.30. Dinner until 23.00. We had a good night's sleep, there was no need to hurry for breakfast, and after the pool for lunch. It is very comfortable.
