The clinic may be good, but the staff is not very good. We signed up for an MRI at 15:00 hours, we were late for 7-10 minutes. We come, they tell us that We were late for a long time, we waited a little while, we sit and then the workers bring their friends and we sit waiting for 1.30 hours and what a shame they brazenly lie that one person was so long delayed and we ourselves saw how much they have already served a person. In short, I did not like the customer service. The doctors and the nurse are very rude. In my opinion, they already look at people like sheep.

I visit this clinic only because of a good urologist (Sarvar aka). A professional in his field. But unfortunately, the nurse's attitude can be said to be terrible, if you approach them and ask something, you can not expect an understandable and clear answer, they always answer not clearly and not with satisfied faces. If it wasn't for my doctor, I'd rather not go there.

The MRI machine is terribly loud, they give cotton wool to plug your ears, but it almost doesn't save you. The nurses are polite and courteous. The doctor (neuropathologist), to whom I paid 100,000 soums for an appointment, the only thing that advised me to undergo a course of treatment at their clinic. I did not recommend physical therapy, nor any other alternative types of treatment (which in any case are a lot).

The hospital is excellent! The room has a TV, air conditioning, mirror, sockets, a quick call button.There are staff near each bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and a table for food. Also a great bathroom, clean, even a working shower)) In general, everything is very nice and clean. Beds, blankets, pillows, everything is very soft and pleasant. The staff is kind and helpful. Doctors and honey.The sisters come in very often. The operation itself went very well too, all with humor and kindness. It was easy and comfortable in such an environment. I did a PCR test for departure. The staff does not speak Russian, which has ruffled my nerves. I called to find out how much the PCR test is being made, but TWICE the operators hung up on hearing the Russian speech, the third time they still deigned to talk to me, they said on the phone that the test production time was 6 hours. When they came to their clinic, after paying and taking the biomaterial, they announced the production time of 14 hours, did not swear, because there was time before departure. Arriving at the appointed time, they are asked to wait for another 2 hours!!! Well, then I couldn't stand it, I went to the chief physician - he solved the problem and I was given this unfortunate negative PCR response after all. Very incompetent and rude staff (operators and girls at the reception), who simply do not speak the basic language in order to correctly advise the patient. It's useless to ask them questions if you don't know Uzbek. I paid 250 rubles for this hassle - for one PCR test.

I didn't like the center at all, we were there in the summer. A live queue for many hours, full of people from babies to the elderly waiting for a doctor's appointment. It was stuffy, the condors couldn't cope. There were not enough sofas for everyone, especially the tired ones settled on the floor. They barely asked for the results of their MRI, they stupidly forgot about us. One could close one's eyes to all this if the research itself were somehow special. The same services can be obtained in other centers and for the same money, but for some reason friends recommended this particular clinic. Don't set foot there anymore.
