Maximum irresponsibility. I booked a hotel on the island, the reservation was canceled due to the fact that the payment failed. I called this hotel, asked what to do and offered to transfer the prepayment. I was told that the next day (the day of my arrival) they would drop the link for the translation and everything would be fine. I waited for the link, wrote an SMS, profit - 0. I call, they tell me "an error has occurred, the rooms are already occupied." No one even thought to apologize and I had to look for a new hotel on the day of arrival. Be careful with them, this is unprofessional (to put it mildly) behavior.
