Like many people, we paid attention to the hotel because of the desire to have a Jacuzzi in the room. But upon arrival we were very disappointed. We were met by the owner or administrator, who initially communicated rather rudely, dropping our calls. Next, he brought some old laundry bag and we refilled it ourselves. As a result, the Jacuzzi DID NOT WORK, which we immediately reported, but we were rudely told that everything should work and that we were pressing something wrong, they refused to come to the room, they dropped the tubes, they did not read the messages. As a result, they promised to call the master with a scandal, but of course we did not see him. The room is very cold, the floors are icy, there is black mold on the Jacuzzi, and there is constant condensation on the windows due to high humidity. You will hear all the conversations of the neighbors behind the wall very well. The location is also not the best — a taxi can't get to the house because of several barriers, and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the center. In general, it is not clear why there are so many good reviews, which we actually fell for, it would be better for the same money to rent a hotel right in the center with a regular bathroom, which we got instead of a Jacuzzi. The service is zero, the impressions are terrible. We do not recommend stopping.

I recently stayed at a hotel and was very pleased! The rooms are spacious, clean and bright, with comfortable furniture. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. The hotel has an excellent restaurant serving delicious breakfasts, as well as a variety of dishes for lunch and dinner. The equipment of the common areas is at the highest level: a cozy lobby and a relaxation room. Convenient location: close to the main attractions and transport hubs. I particularly liked the spa salon with a wide range of services for relaxation and recuperation. Wi-Fi worked without interruption, which was important for work. I highly recommend this hotel for leisure and business trips. I will come back here again!

I lived in room 486 (1). It was very difficult to move in, as the receptionist ignores messages for hours and until she started calling long-distance, no one answered. When booking, it was stated that the Jacuzzi had a view of the city, but in fact the Jacuzzi was just in the bathroom. The main lamp in the room was off and there was no lighting, the bed was dirty, and there was a clean refueling kit on top of the blanket. It's very comfortable after a long flight) There was only one lone soap and a small shower gel in the bathroom, despite the fact that I came for two nights. How can I wash myself with this? Apartments usually imply the presence of at least something, but there is no normal soap, no dental kit, no tea, no coffee. At the same time, they position themselves as a luxury hotel, but this is a stupid apartment building. It's creepy! I highly do not recommend it, like all real clients!
