Convenient location, there is a cafe in the lobby on the 1st floor, you can make appointments, hold negotiations, you can also have a cheap lunch. Of the disadvantages:there is no Internet, chaotic parking for cars, escalators do not work inside, elevators are overloaded, toilets are not clean and tidy, lighting is weak, water pours non-stop, more work is needed to bring this office up to European office standards.
