The girl who was on shift on 08/07/2023 did not take a photo for my passport, but it is not clear at all what. Unfortunately, the jam is no longer the same, it has been developing and scanning photographic film here for many years, but the real experts have already left here.. and the worst thing happened: all 3 films were ruined during development. I have been interested in analog photography since 2007 and different things have happened, but this is the first time. They tried to convince me that I had stored the film incorrectly, but all the reels were fresh and bought in different places and countries, shot in different cameras, and after developing, the same defects and traces of longitudinal broaching through the machine can be traced on all the negatives . P.S. The money for the services was returned, but valuable footage from the trip is lost forever : (
