A classic minaret, an example of medieval architecture, a place for locals to stroll and attract tourists, the heart of the ancient city. There are folk art workshops, shops and themed exhibitions around the perimeter of the square.

The oldest surviving building of the city after the earthquake of 1902. It was locked up during the Soviet era. People didn't pray here. Only 1987-88 was opened during Gorbachev's perestroika.
